Some very nice service personal, very poor service repairs and body shop repairs. Treat people like children, cut corners at the owners expense. Famous words, You have not maintained your car properly, or you were being arguementive. Management will not admit that some personel are under trained and need communication skills and admit when it is thier fault, not fit to do there. Body shop has improved and is excellent at this time. Questional excessive repairs done on low miilage vehicles. Always have a answer and usually it is the owner who is to blame. Might have changed. but would advice you go to Stienback Dodge for reliable and much cheaper prices.
