I was very happy with the service I got from Kelleher Ford. I was told want everything was going to cost so no surprise's. Was sent text to let me know how far along my truck was. Over all great experience.

Had an oil change and a few repairs.... staff were excellent and the text updates from the service department throughout the day on how my Ford F-150 was proceeding was very nice!

Kelleher Ford staff were very polite,quick and efficient in getting my oil changed and getting me back on the road. Definitely recommend going there.

I got the oil changed and the service was great. The only disappointment I had was when I was contacting the salesman who sold me my vehicle as I never heard back from him by phone or even email. Otherwise excellent service.

Just recently had my F150 Truck in for a problem and the service staff were quick to schedule an appointment; the salesman who sold me the truck, Craig Mayor lent me his own vehicle to drive; I was updated at work with text messages and could track my service through the website. They were all fantastic to deal with! Thanks for the kindness!!!!!!

We bought a new to us used vehicle, had a few issues with it within the first few months, little disappointed but when I took it in for repairs the individual was very kind, understood our frustration, and made sure we were taken care of.

So I just bought a new car from Kelleher the first moment the saleman was quick to get me in a show me the features of some of the vehicles and driving within minutes of point out one I had been eyeing up. Often I find other sales men won't get you in the drive testing it for a day or two unless you specifically ask. it free to test drive so why wait at all even if it may not be just what your after it could be close and give you a better idea of what your looking for. Getting me in the vehicle got ride of some of my misperceptions from the exterior look as well. I brought forward an offer I had from other dealership to see if they could match or better they closely matched offers but not necessarily price. limited options and the still reasonable price within my budget. the only problem a had was the restrictive nature of the service and warranty plan for ford. I do not know the service centre or the mechanics I have a great history with another business and have heard problems with Kelleher ford but I am will trust.

We were stranded in Brandon on Labour Day weekend due to tire problems, a vehicle with severe rear wheel alignment problems, and the fact that there were no tires in the required size in the city. Shortly before 8 am on Tuesday morning, Kelleher Ford staff (Ryan Graham) made arrangements that allowed us to set up our trailer in their lot, told us what they could do for us and identified a short time frame of the performance of service to help us get home after our vacation, and provided us with a vehicle as we would be there overnight until the tires came in the next day from Winnipeg. They did everything they said they would for a very reasonable price and went out of their way to help stranded travelers. Well above and beyond our expectations......I would strongly recommend Kelleher Ford for friendly, trustworthy service for a reasonable price.

Took my vehicle for a maintenance check. There was other parts that needed to be replaced. I received a call in regards to the cost and the repairs that were needed.The manager Paul at the Quik Lube was excellent in regards to explanation re the parts and then showed me the old part when I picked up the vehicle. Thank you for the service.

Won't go anywhere else to have my car serviced

I recently had my vehicle into Kelleher Ford for a windshield replacement and an oil change. The service offered by both departments was great. The Quicklane technicians found problems with my air filter during the oil change which I was happy to get fixed. The auto body department delivered my vehicle to me after the windshield replacement with a complementary detailing and cleaning of the interior and exterior which was a nice touch.

Easy apointments. Work completed on time and even had a sale on lubes. Very pleased. Have always been pleased with there service and price. I will be back.

My 2010 Edge was the subject of a recall for a gas tank issue. Kellehers asked that I have the car in at 8am and then asked to keep it all day so they could "prioritize their work day"! This was obviously for THEIR convenience not mine. When dropping off the vehicle I asked for an "oil and filter change" as well and need my car back by no later than 4pm. The service shuttle was 30 minutes getting to my door and made two other pickups before getting me back to the dealership - which took another 35 minutes. As the Ford recall was no-charge, I was expecting to pay around $60. For the oil change. Instead, my bill was well over $100. ! I discovered that had not only changed the oil, but has also changed the engine air filter and the cabin air filter! When I questioned this, the service writer said I had asked to have ALL filters on the vehicle changed! I had not. After several minutes and much discussion, the extra charges were removed. I also discovered that my battery had been disconnected during the process and all my "setting" in the vehicle for audio, memory seats etc. had been cancelled and needed to be reset. I guess in the end (and ignoring the great inconvenience) the work done was satisfactory.

Went for an oil change and they were certainly efficient and friendly. Checked everything and topped off fluids.
