I went to the dealership to see what vehicles were available and the
options. I was informed about the 20% July discount and recently completed a purchase of a 2017 Cruz. I was very satisfied with all the people I dealt with including the sales rep., Ivan Nicol, all everyone else I dealt with. I have been a steady customer for many years, having purchased our previous vehicle (2005 Malibu) and always brought to Gauthier for servicing. I am also familiar with most of the service reps.,
and would recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

I just recently purchased a new Malibu car. I dealt with Mike Cunningham who was very nice to deal with. He was very informative on my new car. It was a pleasure to deal with Mike. All the employees were very friendly. I would highly recommend Jim Gauthier to all my friends and family.

I would not recommend any person to bring their vehicle to this dealership for service. I brought my 2010 corvette gs in for a oil change I got my car back all dirty with oily hand prints on it and then discovered they damaged my rocker panels (body area under doors). I went back no apology but they said they would fix it. It was like an inconvenience for them so I did not trust they would do a repair to my standard. So I went to MPI and made a claim. After I made the claim they denied doing the damage. They are not trust worthy and if they don't care about a 60,000 dollar car how will they treat yours.
