From beginning to end, this purchase experience has been one of the best. The sales team was attentive and helpful, always returning my calls promptly. I waited several weeks for the car that I wanted, and it was worth the wait. I have no experience yet with the service department but am hoping that some of the previous reviews were just one-off bad experiences! Trusting that Gerry Gordon's will prove to be my dealership for a very long time.

I own 3 Mazda's, 2010 Mazda 3, 2005 Mazda 6 Wagon, and a 2007 Mazda CX9.

These Mazda's have been serviced at Gerry's since it moved to the new location.
I have been treated very well and the service has always been outstanding.

My CX9 has almost 200,000 km on it and it still runs like new and looks like new.
The 2005 Mazda 6 is in amazing shape and since I moved to have my service done at Gerry's this car runs better and looks better than it ever did.

My wife and I purchased a Mazda from park City when they closed down we where suggested to go over to gerry gordons. After the excellent treatment we received at park City we eagerly decided to gerys. I must say they were absolutely horrible, Doug Makichuk in particular, my wife does not understand vehicles at all and openly admitted this to him. He refused to answer any of her questions with more than "its in you're manual" she asked where would I find this in the manual he responded with "in you're manual" he had yelled at her and said he was done with her and returned to his office all because she wanted to understand a little more what was going on. This is the second time she has taken the car to them and both times they let her leave with a unfinished car, even though they stated it was done. Physical parts of the car were not put back on properly or at all. When she picked up the car this time there was industrial grade adhesive on the seat.

Bought a used mazda from GG in Sept, great car! Except the remote starter wasn't working. The salesman said we'll fix it before it snows, included in the sale. They attempted to fix it in Oct and weren't able to. then we wait and wait.

Dec 23 i get a phone call from the "service" dept. how bout we install a new remote start, a "better" one and instead of the regular $480 we'll only charge you $200. I said no you fix it like you promised. Sales manager leaves me a message, " we'll take care of you, I'll put a $200 service credit in for you"

Ok so I take the car in. when I go to pick it up the service guy sheepishly says " so we'll split the $200 50\50, please pay $100!" NO way, the poor guy has to get the manager who comes and starts smooth talking, but I hold them to the promised "service credit" and end up getting what the salesman promised would be fixed "before it snows", Jan 14th.

What a way to do business, They ruined a happy customer reltionship over $100! They won't be seeing this car again.

I got my car about one year ago and i had a defect with my car and Gerry Gordens Mazda's Service manager said there was nothing wrong with the car and when i took it to Destination Mazda the guy said there was a defect so they fixed it , even the Service staff is very rude and unhelpful , the service righters are very rude and even to me . I will never go to Gerry Gordens again .

I have been taking my car to Gerry Gordon's Mazda since 2006. I purchased my car from them and it will be my last. The term "comedy of errors" best describes their after sale service. The front staff are totally unfriendly and unprofessional and treat you like some welfare client. Then, when they make a mistake, they don't even have the professional courteousy to admit/acknowledge they were long

I totally agree Gerry Gordon Mazda is the shittiest place to go for cars they are so not helpful the one man that was helpful Antonio bless his heart he was so sweet but everyone else just put on a good show. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get my Green Mazda 2 and now i'm being told that it's going to be 4-5 weeks
