Great staff, clean facilities, and a great workout! What more can you ask for really. The staff is friendly and really will do everything they can to help you reach your fitness goals. I find that a lot of places I go to tend to have pompous instructors who won't let you forget they are better than you, but that is not the case here. They are so motivating and really find joy in watching their students get better with each class. If you haven't signed up already you should definitely do it!
