Staff and instructors here are friendly, upbeat, and helpful. This is not an intimidating gym to try out if you're a first-timer. Highly recommend!

This place has completely changed my life! I started with 10 classes purchased from Groupon- which was an amazing starter package aside from the 3 class deal the location offers (I learned after the fact) either way, I've never not had a great time there. Everyone is positive, energetic, supportive, and non judgmental. I've also made a few friends there which is a plus. It's a great workout for the body, and every time I go I promise you I have a good nights rest! Ha! They also have a clean locker room with clean showers and lots of hygiene/ toiletry products. Definitely a 5!

I joined ILoveKickboxing Chelsea in May 2017 and I love it! The instructors are great and really motivating and the classes are challenging and super fun. It's a full body workout combining cardio, strength training and flexibility. I couldn't ask for a better workout, every class kicks my ass in the best way possible! :)

I joined IloveKickboxing in January. I felt like I was hitting a wall with my normal fitness routine, and I needed something to change things up! Since joining, I’ve noticed major changes in my body – more muscle definition, more stamina, and I just feel BETTER and more energized. Even better than the results are the amazing trainers: From the start, everyone made me feel super comfortable. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, motivating, and insanely enthusiastic – not to mention the great music that they play! It was important to me to find a gym that would accept me where I am at in my fitness journey, and I really feel like I’ve found that at ILoveKickBoxing. The facilities are also pristine – the actual mat area, the locker rooms – the staff really works hard to keep the place in top condition. Thanks to everyone at ILoveKickboxing for making my fitness journey challenging and fun at the same time! I couldn’t recommend this gym enough!

Such a fun workout! The workout is hard but fun. The hour class goes by so fast and you feel so good afterwards! I've lost weight, become much stronger and flexible and feel great! The instructors are great motivators and super friendly. If your looking for a fun and challenging class, I Love Kickboxing Chelsea is definitely your place!

I was very out of shape before joining ILKB, but that all changed very quickly after joining. The instructors push you and the experience is very high energy. You NEVER leave without getting a phenomenal workout and you learn something in every class!

My wife and I joined iLoveKickboxing to be more active. This organization went above and beyond what we were expecting. Great staff to help you motivated; different routines to keep things interesting; clean professional facilities. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get in great shape and who enjoys punching/kicking!

ILKB is amazing!! REally I have nothing bad to say about ILKB ! The staff is insanely nice, encouraging, funny energetic list goes on! If your looking to cut down, shape up come to ILKB ! The members are extremely great also its really more than a workout here its a community!

"iLoveKickboxing is an amazing experience! First I was scared to show up, but after about 30 seconds my fears disappeared. The staff is tremendous, encouraging and friendly. Plus, it will be the workout of your life. I am a bicyclist and thought that was a good workout,doesn’t even compare. I am working muscles I didn’t know I had. I am only on my second week and already I am feeling some results. If you want a great workout and some fun, ILoveKickboxing is it!!

This place is amazing!! I have only been going there for 3 weeks and I have seen results since week 1. I have gotten stronger, more confident and I feel empowered! The staff is amazing, classes are packed with energy, and you break a sweat! Definitively recommend to someone who is tired of going to the gym and doing the same old thing every single time!

I have been looking for ever for a way to get in shape, a way to elevate my energy, but have had a hard time finding something engaging, fun, inspiring until I came upon with iLoveKickboxing, the staff is the best EVER, they are so friendly makes you want to see them every day and the workout, it is tough but once you get into it you are so engaged that you will not want to miss a class, best work out and staff EVER!!!

ILoveKickboxing is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! The staff is friendly, fun, and motivating. Classes are challenging but doable and you get a full body workout every time. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to change up their gym routine.

This place is awesome! Each class is different, energetic, challenging, and FUN! There's no judgement in this studio, on encouragement for you to reach your full potential. With every class, you find yourself throwing more punches, stronger kicks, and better technique. All the instructors are lovely and super helpful. They'll help you with anything from wrapping your hands to meal planning tips. Definitely my newest obsession!

ILKB Chelsea is a great environment for an awesome workout. I joined here because I was looking for something that would help me learn while exercising and loose weight, and a regular gym just wasn't cutting it. The instructors are super friendly and you get a different workout with each instructor. It's so much better than wasting time & money at a gym, that'll probably see u less than 5 times a month (at least that's how it was for me). ILKB is awesome, and I'm so glad I joined.

This is by far the most loving and welcoming workout environment I've ever been apart of. I am so glad I signed up for the unlimited classes for the year. I am someone who did not like working out at all. If you don't enjoy working out, YOU WILL! I promise the classes go by really fast because it is so much fun. Not to mention--punching and kicking a bag is very therapeutic. The workout always leaves me feeling super strong and empowered.

OH AND most importantly, the staff is UNMATCHED. They are so encouraging, loving, and still manage to kick your ass. One day, I forgot my leggings and one of the instructors lent me her own to wear. I mean come on!!! That is unheard of...!!! They really care about your total experience. The people in the classes are of all levels, shapes, and sizes. I always leave feeling great about myself. I came to Ilovekickboxing with the intention to sweat, yet I leave the classes with so much more than that!!! :)

Amazing! I have been going 5 days a week since February. I have lost 5 pounds and have gained so much physically and mentally. After finishing every class I feel so accomplished. I truly have learned to love myself. The staff are hilarious and class will NEVER be boring.

If you are looking for consistently great workouts with really awesome high energy instructors, then this is the place. Sign up for the 3 workout deal and you'll get a really comprehensive introduction to kickboxing during a one-on-one session. The gloves are also really great quality!

As for the workout itself, the basic format stays the same but each component is modified day to day. You start with a killer 15 minute high intensity plyometric-like "warmup" which is really a workout in itself. Then you go into 6 rounds, 3 minutes each of a certain kickboxing routine. Even if the gym gets crowded and you have to share a bag, you'll still get a great workout. The instructors are also great at giving you tips while they circulate the room. There's pretty much no way you won't break a sweat.

I love this place, it's fun yet challenging. I've been here a month and lost 13lbs and counting. The instructors are awesome and upbeat. Never a dull moment! I wanted to lose more weight to get faster for my 2nd Nyc marathon and I can feel myself getting better and stronger every time I go !!
