I have been a faithful customer of Steve Marshall's for all of my 30 years in C. River. I have always been treated not just as customer but as someone special. I always get the feeling of being in the Family. Steve Marshall himself did a favour for me many years ago when friends came from Sask. He made it possible for all 6 of us to travel in one vehicle. I have never forgotten that deed.

Simply put these people do it right. My family has purchased three new vehicles from Steve Marshall Ford. I honestly don't think there will ever be anything but a Ford in my driveway and chances are it will have come from SMFord. Service has always been top notch and they actually keep you updated during the job. Let's face it, any mechanic these days is expensive but they never nail you with a big surprise on your bill. Guaranteed you will get a call if they find something unexpected. I firmly believe that you get some of the best value for your money with this department, especially in the fact that they stand behind their work and product.

The service has been excellent. All of the staff are courteous and professional. I should add that the Escape is a great small suv but we knew that already as we had traded in our 2013 Escape.

Ever since we purchased our 2014 Ford Escape, we have been happy with its performance. It is small & compact. It suits our needs as there are only the two of us. I love to go to Campbell River to service our car or to have the annual tune up. When we get our car back it is like it was brand new again. It's cleaned and washed for us. All nice & shiny. Excellent customer service too. We get dropped off wherever we need to go, whether it's breakfast or to one of the malls in Campbell River. We are glad we purchased our car from Steve Marshall Ford. Had a problem with water leaking in cab. the job was done to my satisfaction and all the staff were very helpful. I was completely satisfied with the service in every way. Lots of good people work there.

I recently sent my new f-150 in for service. Their service department was awesome. From the knowledge at the checkin counter to the curtesy of the service tec. My seat was covered in plastic and paper mat we fitted at drop of and was there till the tec dropped it back to my work. Not to mention a great free car wash. Top notch work ! Two thumbs up to the Steve Marshall crew.

Thanks for always being able to accommodate us when we are coming from up island and usually have a tight time schedule with multiple appointments booked. We get great service, the ladies in the front office even dog sat for us one trip because I had an eye appointment, and needed to leave my 4 legged baby somewhere while I went to my appointment. He was in great hands!

my vehicles service was great from start to finish. when making the appointment I appreciated the attention to detail as I listed what I wanted done. This list was confirmed without asking when I arrived at the appointment. I was phoned with an update during the day and on completion the paperwork clearly explained what was done. Friendly staff

Had to bring my Flex in for a service. All went well. Sara looked after me and my car was washed and everything done ON TIME. Even had a free coffee! Thanks Karl, John and Sara. I will continue getting my car serviced now that my warranty is over.

While on a day trip to Campbell River from Port Mcneill, our alternator failed and we had to overnight in town. On monday morning my wife contacted John at the service Department and he started work on the car right away. We got it back at noon.
