We purchased our 2008 Ford Edge from SouthCoast Ford and from start to finish we were treated great. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and have taken care of any of our concerns immediately and provided a loaner to keep us mobile. Our Salesman has treated us with great care and has always checked in to see if everything is going great and that we are happy, thanks Shawn for all your help it is greatly appreciated! I have dealt with this dealership for over 25 years. Their sales and service departments are outstanding. I recently took my 2006 F-350 diesel crew cab in for service (243,000 kms) and the front brakes were long overdue for replacement. The pads, rotors and calibers were badly worn and/or corroded. The service department replaced just about everything on the front brakes.
They performed the job in excellent time and kept me informed on what they found and what was replaced.
