the Honda cars are good but the Kingsway Honda which is a part of regency Honda auto service is irresponsible. Their service people will not admit and correct their mistake they made on customer's cars and leave customers in misery.

While our track record has been very good (#1 Dealer in New Vehicle Owner Satisfaction 2 years in a row) that doesn't mean we don't make mistakes sometimes.
All staff and managers are encouraged and coached to listen to customer concerns and make decisions, whenever possible in favour of the customer.
