Frank has been nothing more than help. I owned a 2003 BMW 325Ci convertible and have taken it to a good amount of other mechanics - each telling me there was something wrong with the car when it was not, or the problem was something different. They were right on track and knew exactly what the problems were and nailed it. I live about an hour away from the shop and they would be the ONLY shop I would want to work on a European vehicle. Thanks to them I have become wiser and more knowledgeable in the car repairing world. Other mechanics have taken advantage of me because I am only 18 years old. Frank has not..he has treated me like I was his own son throughout the entire experience. I believe that is how a relationship should be ESPECIALLY when it comes to fixing a car. It should not be something such as going into a shop paying to fix your car and walk out. I recommend everyone and everyone i know that has a european vehicle to use them. They are the BEST!

Ok so Taylor's imports what a great little shop!! full of knowledge and expertise. Frank the guy in the front is a very easy person to talk to. Wether your talking auto tech talk or you barely know what a parking brake is he will break it down so you can understand. He will also recommend what he thinks is your best option. These guys really understand your car. I have an 02 Audi A4 and I thought I had blown my engine!!! A big knocking noise was coming from my engine. I had it towed to my regular shop and those guys had it for about 4 days they could not figure it out. So I had it towed to Taylor's. My wife had read a review about Taylor's when she was looking for a place besides the dealership. She called and spoke with Frank who said he would try to get my car in. After I think a full day Frank called and said that they knew what was going on with my car and it wasn't my worst nightmare a blown engine. So after he gave me a list of things that was going on with my cars computer they were able to fix the wrongs. Some sensors were bad and some neglected maintenance issues from the previous owner were also troubling. they repaired those things and got my car back on the road. If you have a leaky hose or need a radiator cap then sure take it to your local pep boys but if your flux capacitor is using way to much plutonium and your not getting the power out of your Delorean then call Frank or Keith at Taylor's and have Jason fix your ride!!! Taylor's is not cheap. They specialize in imports, and I believe that is a big part of the costs. However, they do a good job and try to do it as fast as possible. They always keep me informed on price and when the job will be finished.

My check engine light came on, so I called a couple of different shops, but ended up deciding on Taylor's because of my initial interaction with Keith- he was nice, seemed genuine, and reassured me that they could get my car back into proper running condition on the type of budget that I had. When I got to Taylor's, they diagnosed the problem, and it turns out that a couple of coils had come loose, and I would need to replace them. I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to afford these kinds of repairs. After they gave me a quote, and I compared it to what other shops were charging, I decided to go with Taylor's. They were able to fix my car in a couple of hours, and when i got it back it was running perfectly--no more check engine light and it ran great. This shop is a great place to go to if you want someone working on your car that is honest, doesn't try to make you fix or spend more than you need to, and makes you feel like they really value you as a customer.

This shop is amazing! My sister and I spent months trying to get her used car that she had just bought fixed. We went to several places and they claimed it was this or that and fixed it but it didn't; the car. We were staying at Lake Norman for the summer so I looked in the phone book to try and find a local place that worked on Mazdas. I found Taylor's. Frank was awesome and worked with us for a week trying to get the dealer to pay for the repairs and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. He went above and beyond to help me and my sister out and when we picked up the car we had a 3 hour drive home. It ran perfectly and still runs like new. Frank and Taylor's Sport-N-Import Service is the best! I would recommend them to everyone and if our cars need fixin' in the future I will take them to Frank and Taylor's even if I have to drive 3 hours. It would be worth it!!!!! Can't say enough good things about this place.

Taylor's ran a diagnostic check on a steering problem on my 2013 accord and determined that the steering column needed to be replaced. The replacement cost was $800. Keith then said he would happy to fix it but advised me to call Honda and nicely ask if they could help, even though it was past the warranty mileage. I called Honda and said they would replace it for $200. I really appreciated him saving me $600.

Rolled into Taylor's this morning with major problems! Idler pulley incinerated and shredded the serpentine belt to absolute pieces. Keith took a look at it, Knew exactly what I needed! Got me in and out; I was still in time to make it to school at NASCAR Technical Institute! Coming from NY, I was weary about finding a mechanic in the area, I think I have found the best one for import cars in the area! Keith, and his crew have my business now after my great experience this morning! Top notch work guys, TOP NOTCH! Thank you so much!

Service was good to say the least, the service writer was spot on with the est. & work was done on time inside the est.. Another shop said I needed over a thousand dollars of work for a no start & taylor's did find the problem & fix it for way less. Other shop miss the problem all together. Will be back for all my needs form now on.

I'm from Virginia and was in Mooresville visiting a girlfriend when the battery in my 2008 Mercedes died. It was a Sunday. The tow truck took my car to Taylor's...At my girlfriends house I was able to go online and visit Taylor's website...it was awesome. Because of the great site, I was able to send an email explaining what my car was doing there and I was also able to see that they've been in business, successful

I have a very modest vehicle compared to the clientele this shop serves, but FRANK has always regarded my business with respect and congeniality! I'm sure he and the mechanics are the reason.

Thank you Taylor's once again for coming thru and providing the best service for imports in and around the Charlotte. May be a little bit of a drive up 77 from Charlotte to Mooresville, but always worth the trip! Competitive pricing and courteous service are something I can always count on at Taylor's.

Taylor's Sport-N-Import has worked on my 2000 Lexus ES300 several times, and I am always pleased with the service, the quality, and the efficiency of the work. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and I trust that when my car is in the shop, I will NOT have to come back to fix the same repair. Recently, I had the headlight resurfacing service and my car looks so much better, and I can see better at night. Thanks to the crew at Taylor's, my car will last another 100,000 miles!

I've known and been a customer of Keith Taylor's for over 25 years and various automobiles. Nobody likes to come out of pocket for auto repairs however Keith's prices are always fair and better than dealerships. If you have a foreign car and need service or a repair, Taylor's is THE PLACE to go in the Mooresville/Lake Norman area.

As always, quickly addressed issues and my 1988 RX7 was ready to roll again.
