Pacific Mazda Victoria

After being loyal clients of Campus Honda Victoria for more than 30 years we were treated very poorly by their finance department. Never missed payments, bought 4 new vehicles from them in that 30 years and always used their Service Department for repairs or maintenance. Something changed and we as clients left them hurt and humiliated. My husband decided to go straight to Pacific Mazda and talk with them. We had already check and studied all the specs for the Mazda 3 Sport so we knew what we wanted. Pacific Mazda restored my faith in humanity as well as corporations. Steve was amazing for us and we have never been treated so well by any Finance Department. Cannot thank Steve enough for all he did for us and for believing in us as clients. Eamon was a newer Sales Rep but we hope we made it easy for him. He was so nice. As I said we have renewed faith and trust and will now shift our loyalties to Pacific Mazda for hopefully the next 30 years or more. It's the beginning of a great friendship. I went to replace my starter for my car at Pacific Mazda . One of the mechanic bought a new starter for my car . They replaced it and after one day my car broke down again . I asked pacific mazda employees for this problem they mentioned that they have bought faulty starter . I thought that they will fix it for me and i towed my car at pacific mazda again and i paid my towing again which was again 90 dollars . They said they will not cover my towing fee. Then they charged me again for the labour which was not my fault .I asked them that if they can do something for me but they said i have to pay for everything again which is bullshit . I am a manager as well at my work if we screw up anything we have to fix it for a customer without making him pay . Its really good business for Mazda that they will put faulty part first then they will charge you again for their mistake which you never make . I will never ever go to mazda again for this kind of customer service .Thanks for your service .

About 2 weeks ago I purchased a new 2015 cx 5 Mazda vehicle. This was our 9th new or near new car the first being in 1959 [ a chev belair]. Of all these transactions their was no doubt that the last at Pacific Mazda was the easiest and most satisfying. The staff at this dealership are extremely polite knowledgable and honest in their relationship with potential clients. From the ownership to our sales rep. Edward Daniel receptions parts and service we were treated with dignity even tho. we are elderly. I can only say that that Pacific Mazda has a first class group of employees who are credit to this company. As for our purchase it is a superb vehicle a credit to Mazda and surely will be our last vehicle . Well done Pacific Mazda and the folks that designed and built this car. Ralph Sollis
