Nick and James were fantastic! They were polite, professional, friendly and had GREAT attitudes. On top of how personable they were, they were super efficient. They got me out of my old place and into my new one in under two hours (that INCLUDES the half hour commute). These guys were booking it back and forth to the truck, laughing and never complaining. They were in great moods the whole time which put me in a great mood as well. It seemed like they were having fun and actually ENJOYING their job and that was delight to see. Chris was also amazing in helping me set up the appointment and when I had to get a hold of him before the move with some questions. I really appreciate how painless and pleasant Nick, James and the whole True Friends Moving Company made this move for me. I've already told everyone at my firm to use these guys and I'm definitely going to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a friendly and, most importantly, efficient moving company. We had our move on July 19 in South Nashville, and this was the second time we've chosen True Friends. Everything went great! Very pleased with our moving guys.

BRIAN and NICK are absolutely the best movers here! They loaded and unloaded my extremely heavy "castle" furniture (along with all the other heavy/big things) and NEVER once complained. They even had a big move already today and still had great positive attitudes, joking and creating awesome conversation with us. They were so careful with everything and definitely took pride in their job. I will hire this company again the next time I move and will be requesting this team then. They were a joy to move with! First time working with True Friends. I've coordinated several family member moves with another company for almost ten years but a really bad experience had me searching for a new company dedicated to customer service. True Friends Moving handled my recent move and were truly professional movers. My team - Justin, Steven and Bryan - were awesome. The move consisted of 3 locations across 200 miles with very large furniture and challenging corridors and doorways. They did a great job, no damage, worked fast and was very courteous. I have found my new preferred movers and would highly recommend them. Great job guys!! True Friends Movers is amazing!!!!

Chris Knowles is very professional and will make sure you have everything you need before the movers arrive. The price is very affordable, and I really enjoyed the staff that helped us move our home. They were courteous, sensitive to our preferences, and lots of fun to talk to! I would highly recommend True Friends if you are looking for great customer service and peace of mind!

Nick & Lamont (hope I spelled that right!) did an absolutely fantastic job moving us out of our apartment and into our new home this previous Saturday. Despite the humidity and heat being ridiculously horrible, they had a great attitude and finished the job quickly and efficiently -- and all for an absolutely great price.
