Great price (since he's fixing it with a standard apple screen not an off brand screen) better than going to apple and waiting. He fixes it infront of you in literally 10 minutes and there's a year warranty. I recommend Max to everyone.

Again, the owner was able to assist me with a problem on a phone. Went there today and was out in 10 minutes. It would have been faster but I asked a lot of questions because I know nothing about computers or phones. Very knowledgeable and professional. Won't go any where but here for help.

I dropped my phone in February and the screen shattered. I was hesitant of replacing my screen because my sister replaced her screen once and the people who did the service for her didn't do a proper job and her phone stopped working. However a good friend of mine raved about Cyber on U and I decided to go. The service was excellent. He replaced my screen and I was in and out of their in 15 minutes. It was been a few weeks and their are no problems with my phone. I am very satisfied with the service I received. They gave me a reasonable price, even cheaper than I was offered previously. I was just about to throw out my Samsung phone after having trouble hearing people on the line. I brought my phone in to Cyber on U on Sunday and Max said he could fix it. I was amazed. He said it would take 2-3 days for the part to come in. He said he would call me when the part came in and it would take 30 minutes to replace the part. I left with my phone since I was still able to speak to people on the speaker phone. Thursday, I got the call. I came in and he replaced the part in literally 15 minutes! Price was great and I was so happy not to shell out money to replace the phone. Very professional, excellent service, and he keeps his word. I highly recommend this business.

Bought the groupon to fix my
iPhone 5s screen. Had two cracks. Brought it in and the wonderful man working there informed me my phone wasn't broken. It was just the glass screen protector. Awesome guy. Honest place. He could have just told me it was broken and made the money off of me. He didn't. I highly recommend them.

After two Apple ""geniuses"" insisted the problem with my iPhone 5 was not the battery, Max proved that it WAS the battery, and replaced it with a good one warrantied for a year. He also diagnosed a laptop wifi problem as a Win issue to be fixed by reinstalling Windows. Did that today, Max was right!
I have 30+ years in IT, and though I am far from up to date, I have great tech radar, and you won't find any of it here (but do watch out for Apple).
Last but not least - great prices, and Max is a really nice guy!
