Have already shared that Michael seemed to 'know everything'. My husband began with Mac's way way back and a lot of our equipment is very old. This is the FIRST time we have had a technician that not only had a working knowledge of our computer equipment but knew how to work with the it. Michael spent a majority of his time trying to find programs we could use to bridge the gap between our Apple MAC software and getting it moved over to PC or current Apple MAC equipment. He was loading a thumb drive that was to make it possible for us to access our program and print. Unfortunately we had to leave about the same time - before the download was finished. On Monday when we came in for some reason the mouse would not work. I did get that resolved but was unable to get the 'classic 9.2' program to coincide and open the folders. Please call to set up another call with us. Thanks Michael was so knowledgeable about out Mac computers. So refreshing. He was truly concerned for our issue and did everything he could to help us get up and running again. However, our equipment is very old and we are still working to find a solution. My husband has had Mac computers since the beginning (we have equip to prove it!) and to finally find a repair person that knows ANYTHING about Mac's was truly refreshing. You are our go to people for our Mac issues. Thanks.

My pc was fixed in a timely manner and the issue wasn't as severe as I'd initially thought but severe enough that outside help was warranted. Very affordable.

Very happy with this experience. Mike actually came to my work location and tried to fix my personal virus-ridden laptop. The damage was too extensive (it wouldn't even boot up) so he took it with him. This was a Friday afternoon. He brought it to my house Saturday afternoon, totally virus-free and with anti-virus protection installed. He even spent around 15 minutes explaining what he'd done and gave me some good computer advice. Couldn't believe the price either. Probably a quarter of what I would have paid the geeks! Very happy with the whole experience. Have recommended him already and will definitely call him again if needed.
