I was introduced to 3 specialized sales reps: Angela Zhu, Andrew Mah, and Winston Lien. I never own a Nissan before, but how they go to a great length in showing me these cars, that fits within my budget, and the type of vehicle that is in my liking. They were honest, answered all my questions, including showing me the history about each vehicle in excellent condition with ICBC. They willingly to go an extra miles to help me, be able to afford a newer and safer car for me to drive home snd to work. 2) Read User Manual after your purchase
(ex.In my case I have 12 months can do free alignment after I purchase.)

3) After purchase, if your car have problem, stick with them until your problems are fix
here is my story : I bought a BRAND NEW Nissan VERSA here at 2007. And the Car have vibration(between 70km and 80km) at first day when I drive to home. Till now, I live with these problems(2 kind of vibration and another pulling problems). I regret I sign the paper work(buy) before I fullly TEST DRIVE the car. Please do a Fullly Test drive low speed and high speed before you do any paper work. I went to Morrey Nissan for maintenance almost 2 years. They did not fix the vibration problem well. If your car have problem after you purchase it, and the maintenance service department did not really fix it, you should take your car back next day, until they fix it. or call Nissan Canada 1-800-387-0122 to push them to fix your car. Do not just leave it until next maintenace period. Because they will say you did not complain their service. If you do not have time to stay there wait for car fix, bring it back even just 5 mins(they will mark a "comeback" status if you comeback to report they did not do their job well) and ask them file your complain. And make sure they have file your complain. Otherwise, there is no evident that you have ever complain it.
