I have been a customer at Melody Motors since 2004. They have always gone out of their way to provide excellent service. The parts and service departments are outstanding.

I am really pleased with the way my car was looked after. From Bev to Jesse it was handled in an excellent manner. The only small complaint I have is not with melody Motors but with THE FORD MOTOR COMPANY they should have taken care of this problem alot sooner and it should have come from them not from the owners of the 2012 Focus's. All in all my car runs better now then all the time before. Welll done Melody Motors!!!

The people at Melody Motors are friendly and helpful. They will work towards finding the right fit for you, not just sell you what is best for them. They take the time to get it right and work towards making things as smooth as possible. We bought 3 trucks there this year and hoping the positive relationship can continue. I would recommend people stop at Melody Motors if they are looking for a vehicle. It is worth the chat.

From all of the service times that I have been into Melody Motors the service department has been very helpful and courteous. It has taken awhile to find out what was wrong with my truck but the staff was dedicated to finding out the problem and stuck with me. The shifting mechanism in my 2007 Sport track seems to be shifting much more easily and I am quite satisfied. I was so appreciative and humbled that the mechanic didn't charge me for the last servicing when you had the truck for 3 days to find out what the problem was. That was going beyond the call of duty. Thank you, thank you. My husband & I have been dealing with Melody Motors for a lot of years & even though we have bought a few vehicles from other companies, we still keep returning to Ford at Melody Motors. They have far out lasted any other vehicle we have had.
