Would not buy from here "Upon watching a CBC/Marketplace show on consumer rip offs..."
Upon watching a CBC/Marketplace show on consumer rip offs about a product called Globali that disreputable car dealerships sneak on to consumers invoices as a non optional product. Well it turns out these guys snuck it on mine. They did not explain what it was and more importantly that it is an optional item. I told them point blank straight out that I don't want a single optional item on my invoice. When I went to discuss this with them they agreed that the Globali product is a complete scam and that they don't carry it anymore. I said great you don't want it, you snuck it on my invoice and I don't want it so can you please refund me my money. They don't only not give me a refund but then start into a whole myriad of lies. Telling me that they didn't sell me Globali even though my invoice clearly says Globali $399.Marv Jones Honda is now stating that it was for PDI, Freight and magic air in my tires ( nitrogen )Total rip off and now taking them to court e69856

My worst experience ever, had interaction with Derek Magennis and tried to fraud me. Stay away from this dealership.
My husband and I recently purchased a Honda Odyessy from Marv Jones Honda in Maple Ridge and had such an amazing experience. We worked side by side with the sales manager, Jonathan Wilson, and he was so attentive and knowledgeable. I was very skepitic returning to a dealership to buy a car. We had such a brutal experience buying our last car, that I swore off car salesman forever. Jonathan put me at ease as soon as we walked through the door. We talked to him about what we were looking for, and he showed us the perfect van for our growing family. Thank you Jonathan!
Marv Jones Honda's service department is awesome, the new building has really made servicing my car just that much easier with the new garage door system where you literally just drive into the building. All their service prices are comparable to quick lube places where I used to get my oil changes done except the quality of service at Marv Jones Honda is much better. I would recommend Marv Jones Honda over any other lube shops in town!
Salesman was pushy, rude and condescending. Manager was some kid and didnt seem to know anything about anything...I know sounds bad but thats just how I left Marvjones feeling
