After a negative experience with another dealership, we were lucky enough to work with Mike Weber at Lake City Ford. He was able to find our preferred vehicle, along with a great back-up option, in a short amount of time. It was a completely low-stress experience. I am always impressed with the friendly consistent efforts of the service staff (et al) at Lake City Ford to provide the best possible service they can be reasonably expected to deliver in providing a solution to an automotive problem. To top it off, having the vehicle washed after providing a service is a complement to customer satisfaction! Thank you!
I had a great experience going in for regular service.In addition we had our brakes checked and it was found and shown to me that there was a need and a saving to have the front brakes changed while I was there.Colby quickly gave me a quote which I knew was fair from previous experience. Everything was done in a timely fashion.I was called when everything was complete. Having the vehicle washed was a nice touch.

I have been in for small things, a back door repair when I purchased my 2014 escape a year ago and an oil change this year. Always greeted by friendly and efficient staff, shuttled to work and picked up afterwards,always easy to deal with and in a timely manner. This is our first Ford and we are very happy with it.
I had my 2012 Super Duty serviced not too long ago and had 2 new rear shocks installed as needed and had a T service as well! The mechanic was very courtious and friendly when explaining what my truck needed! Also can't forget the people at the service desks as they were awesome to deal with and very friendly..Thanks to everyone involved!

WE WERE MET BY A VERY COURTEOUS STAFF WHO WERE WELL VERSED IN CARING FOR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR NEEDS. WE WERE TOLD ABOUT HOW LONG THE REPAIRS WOULD TAKE AND THAT THEY WOULD GIVE US A CALL WHEN READY. SURE ENOUGH THEY CALLED US IN AND PRESENTED US WITH A PERFECT TRUCK RIGHT ON SCHEDULE.

Two members of our family needed unexpected servicing of our vehicles over the Holiday Season. Lake City provided friendly, efficient and quality service to both (even though one vehicle was not a Ford, and one family member was from out-of-town). My wife,young grand daughter and I were travelling from Kamloops to Fort St John when the serpentine belt In our 2012 Dodge broke . It was -25 degrees out that day. Phoned The Dodge dealership ,they said they didn't have a belt but could order one but it would take 2 days and wasn't sure when they could fit the truck in to be repaired. A guy stopped to see if I needed help,he drove me to a car parts store who sold me the belt I needed . I was just down the road from Lake City Ford so I phoned them to see if they could possibly help us. By this time my wife and the granddaughter had been sitting in the truck in the bitter cold with no heat for about 2 hours.I spoke to Rick White who said if I could get the truck up the hill they would fix it immediately .I managed to get to their shop,and they started working on it right away. Then they discovered the water pump needed to be replaced but they didn't have one but promised to find one as soon as possible. They got their shuttle driver to drive us to a motel and we at last were in a warm place.I phoned them the next morning and was told that the truck would be ready in half an hour .The shuttle was there exactly when they said it would be and within 15 minutes we were back in our truck and on our way home. Lake City Ford went way above and beyond to fix a dodge ( when Dodge couldn't be bothered )and to ensure that we were in a safe and warm place. The customer service was excellent ,the staff caring and helpful and everyone associated with the truck did the utmost to ensure that we were on the road as quickly as possible.To the staff at Lake City Ford Thank you for all you did to turn a bad situation into a positive experience.
I am very satisfied with my 2015 f 150 truck. It is to bad the sales people didn't have time to review our sales agreement and give me our extra new spare tire and rim.
THEY DID A GOOD JOB. FIRST DAY THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND ORDERED PARTS NEXT DAY THEY HAD MY TRUCK REPAIRED AND WASHED AND READY BEFORE NOON.. ONE ITEM MY DEDUCTABLE IS IN USD AS I PUCHASED THE WARRANTY IN USA THEY HAD TROUBLE FINDING THE CORRECT EXCHANGE RATE SO THE BILLED ME 50% EXCHANGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN 31 TO 38% JUST GLAD DEDUCTABLE WAS JUST $100. USD SO I PAID $150.CAD PLUS TAXES? NOT THE END OF THE WORLD BUT JUST SAYEN.THEY COULD HAVE CALLED THIER BANK?

I was pleasantly surprised at the thorough job done at the cost level compared to other vehicle detailers in town. The smell which was our primary concern is completely gone and all surfaces are sparkling like a new car.
my first visit
My F350 was booked in for a routine oil change and an open recall 16S19 on October 16. The appointment was for 11 AM, I returned to the dealership at 1:30PM and the truck still had not been looked at. I had to wait another 1.5 hours before the work was completed. My truck was booked in at 11 and the oil change took four hours. The quality of workmanship is not in question here the timing is. When I finally received my truck it had not been washed and all the plastic and cardboard still remained in my vehicle. To say the least I was not impressed by the latter!!! I am not one to complain but I was mad when I left Ford that afternoon .Valerie Ferguson

Nice clean and comfortable surroundings if you wait for your vehicle to be done. Nice waiting area with good TV. Free wireless is available. They have a shuttle service if you want to leave the premises. Good friendly staff.n Only glitch is that most times there is a back-up with vehicles being washed.
