Service is always great . I have been a Key West customer for many years now.
I took my SUV for a service and the staff at the service department did a great and quick job. Thanks!

Very good service. I made it on-line and it was confirmed by a phone call. Just got an oil and filter change, supposedly for $69.95 which ended up being for $87.08 without anything being added on - typical! I waited in the sales department lounge, which is much nicer than the service department waiting area. Service advisor Mandish was great - he came to lounge to let me know what was going on and to get me when it was ready. I am really happy with the truck and am quite satisfied with Key West's service.

I purchased a great F350 from Key West Ford in 2015 and Key West has done every 6 month servicing required. The service staff have treated me very well as I wait in their lounge. Yashar at the desk gave excellent information, did more than I expected, Josh & Pete did a super service and I received a discount too. Wow, I'm impressed with the whole experience.

I have a F150 and in the past 5 years the service team at Key West has been a really amazing in handling my car's maintenance. Special thanks to Sue Charbonneau and Amber Kovich for their professionalism and helpfulness. Ernest

Service is always great on the things that were done to service the car but I do have one problem and that is why are things changed (lights, mileage readout thingy , or whatever else that has nothing to do with the grease job/oil change) This has happened twice now and the mileage thing was noticed immediately and the guy who washed the car reset it for me so another visit wasn't needed to reset it as it had been in the past. I thought I was set but it was daylight and didn't know another hazard awaited me. Later that evening I went to a nearby town; it was dusk when i left and I noticed the dashboard lights weren't on. I'm talking the heat settings and whatever else is lit up along with that, the radio perhaps? So I didn't worry as that was no big deal because I could feel my way around that. It was totally dark when I drove home and the first 3/4 of the route is well lit and there were cars ahead of me all the way on the #10 hwy so I didn't notice anything else was wrong until I entered the 91 freeway and there were no cars in front of me. It appeared like my headlights were slanted downwards and shone lightly only a couple feet ahead of the car. It was extremely difficult to drive, I slowed down to a crawl but it is no place to start fumbling around looking for where to adjust or turn on the headlights nor to try and find an area to pull over off the road which i probably wouldn't have done anyway as it's pitch black in that area, no lights around anywhere. I had no idea where to find the button or wheel or nob for them and didn't know if it would help even if I found it being as since we've owned the car the lights have come on automatically as soon as the motor is started so I've had no need to ever ask in the last 4 years nor look for an alternative way to turn the headlights on or off! I was scared to stop by the roadside for fear of being rear-ended. There was very little traffic there and as I say, it was pitch dark and my headlights weren't on although some dim light was shining about 2 feet ahead of the car....enough to crawl but not enough to drive the speed limit, far from it. Finally another car came behind me as I crawled along and they must have seen my problem and they passed me then got back in my lane and drove slowly ahead of me so I could follow their car without difficulty. (Thanks to that good person) They continued over the bridge but it was my exit and so i had to leave on it. It was extremely scary as the River Road exit is no place to be fumbling around in the dark. When I finally found a safe place to pull over I called my husband who told me what to look for and where the light wheel was located. I turned on the lights and nothing bad happened. But it could have as I did not know the lights could be turned off other than when arriving home and removing the key nor not having them come on automatically when the ignition is started. So, now I know but what about next time it goes in for service; what will you mess with then and not return it to exactly how it was when the car arrived there? Will there be another surprize for me to have to figure out and will I survive whatever it is you change and not tell me?

I have been a Key West customer for many years now. I've had two trucks and two Escapes over the years that periodically have had work done at Key West. This time around they totally dropped the ball. My wife's Escape needed service and because of her work Sat is the only day she could bring the vehicle in. She was forced to make a weekday appointment where by missing time at work because the receptionist she spoke to said that they were not able to do that type of repair on Sat. That was a load of ##. So an appointment was made for the week where by she missed time at work as a result. At the week day appointment the vehicle was dropped off and she waited for 1 1/2 hrs. She was then told the computers were down and they would not be able to do the repair. So she had to make another appointment which she did on the Sat after the gal she was dealing with said that the repair "could" be done on the Sat after all. Brought the vehicle in and asked for a ride back home to do some work at home while she waited. At this point they said they were short staffed for the length of drive which is approx 18 min. They could provide service to either the quay or sky-train. After inquiring how long it would take ( 2 - 2 1/2 hrs) she took a ride to the sky-train. Before leaving she was told it would be at least another hour before it would even be looked at. So in the end a lot of wasted time and confusion on the part of the office staff. I have never experienced anything of this sort from anyone least of all Key West. Got the vehicle back and it was not cleaned although I suspect the cold weather had something to do with that. Pretty poor service however as a whole I will seriously think hard before taking one of the two Fords I own back. Couple that with the last time I brought in my F 350 of which I was not happy with that outcome and never provided an opportunity for a review. At near $130/hr you need to do better.

I purchased my new 2010 Focus from Key West and have had all my servicing done since then by them.
Between the rides home, the valet service, the free coffee and newspaper when you want to wait in the waiting area instead, it is hard not to just visit!!
A complimentary quick internal and external car wash is a real bonus.
Service work is professional and quickly done.
That's why I keep going back.

I have a problem the controls for the stereo stop working on the dash. This leaves only the steering wheel controls operative which does not control the CD player or allow me to scan radio. They were able to fond the problem and order the parts. I find the Service department is extremely well organized and helpful and always has someone available for pick up and drop off for service. A very professional organization.

I recently took in a 16' Jeep Cherokee for a simple oil change. Mandish was my service provider, and provided excellent customer service. He called me to confirm with me on the cost, and kept me well informed. He under promised, and over delivered.

In the past I've had negative experiences with the service department, mainly the poor wash boy who pressure-washed, and peeled a foot of paint off my truck. The service manager at the time did absolutely nothing for me, except offer to repaint the truck at full cost. A year later a new service manager took over, and I brought up my past grievances, and they offered to help me with 1/2 the cost of repainting the vehicle. Still wasn't appealing to me....

For a quick transaction, Mandish represented Key West well, and thought he did a great job.

In maybe two more years I'll buy my third new vehicle from Key West. Service rep Amber has provided me with excellent customer service over the last 15 or so years, and I'll keep going back to KW to keep my current vehicle in top condition.

Job was to remove door handle and replace the reinforcement plate and install new handle assembly
and reassemble panel.
The staff gave me excellent service and I would rate them 5 out of as a rating.
My wife and I have bought our cars from Key West, a Ford Escape in 2005 and a Ford Focus in 2009 and we have taken our cars to Key West for servicing since we bought the cars.

Labor was 451.33
Work by NW Collision and Glass 157.06
Parts Hazardous materials 200.68
Tax 97.08
The bill came to 906.15.

Since we are loyal customers, my questions is why do we not get a break on the labor costs
or discounts on parts, like a long term customer program.
The service is great, and quality of work is solid, but with this kind of cost, we would now start checking other service companies when getting things fixed on our cars.
This is why I would rate the experience as a 4 because the cost seems so high.

I took my SUV in as I thought there was something wrong with the transmission. They checked things out and didn't find a transmission problem but did find a major oil leak. Great service as they are very thorough when looking for problems and contacted me to let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost. I really appreciated that they also checked into my warranty and made sure that I didn't get charged for repairs that were covered under warranty. This saved me a lot of money on the final bill. They are very helpful, gave me a ride to work while they worked on the vehicle and picked me up again. Thanks Tony!

Our 2010 Escape XLT recently purchased from KWF as a replacement for a 2009
Escape Hybrid that was totalled in a head-on collision with an impaired driver required an additional programmed key fob and some peace of mind servicing. Michael Nokes, Sales connected us with Bobbi Jo, Customer Service Manager who introduced us to Mandish, Sales Advisor. The service was prompt (while we waited).
We now have the peace of mind mentioned earlier.

I had just moved to New West. I was in Vancouver one weekend and my wrench light came on. Decided to try Key West and they got me in first thing Monday morning. Luckily for me it turned out to be an extended recall warranty issue, but they had it fixed within a few hours. Everyone was great...they drove me home and picked me up and the service department kept me updated regularly. I will be switching to them for my oil changes and if any other issues arise. Thanks!
