Had a bad experience with Services area. I’ve come to my appointment due to a noise in my car and after a few hours the responsible person gave me the feedback that the problem was the engine mount and it would be done. Everything was fine and I went home to pick up the car the next day.

After some time on the next day, the service person texted me saying that instead of changing the engine mount I’d have to replace many other undercarriage parts and the cost (that was covered by warranty at the beginning) would now be $8,000 (EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS).

Now explain something to me: how can a service area professional say that an engine mount needs to be replaced if they didn’t even check underneath the car?? How come a professional company like TOYOTA give me such a wrong information making me go home calmly and then changing the WHOLE STORY and charging me $8000?

Regardless of the end of this shameful story for your SERVICE DEPARTMENT, please be aware of how you do your services so that you can be more respectful to your clients, since you are representing a great brand like Toyota.

Changing now to 1 start because after all that, when I called the body part shop the staff had zero empathy to try to solve any problem AND ASKED ME TO CALL SOMEWHERE ELSE. Great job you’re doing here Toyota. 👍🏼

I had a great experience with Surrey Jim Pattison Toyota. The staff were quick, enthusiastic, and really went the extra mile to make sure I left happy. When I asked about a small repair, they took care of it right away and made the whole process super smooth and stress-free.

One of the best dealerships I've visited in my fifty-six years of browsing, car shopping and warranty service. Jeff, the dealership manager is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as I've dealt with him on three separate occasions. Mario who is a service advisor is by far the best service advisor I've ever encountered, at any dealership. Both Jeff and Mario are definitely huge assets to JP Toyota.

I had such a great experience buying my Toyota BZ4X 2025 AWD from Jim Pattision, Surrey today. I met a Product Advisor, Madhur Kapoor there. I can thoroughly recommend his professionalism coupled with the friendly, relaxed and efficient way he dealt with the whole process. Didn't get those surveys after the service but here is my review. Joey was an amazing help from start to finish. I was there to replace my rotors and braking pads and I thought that I only needed to fix the front too. Joey informed me that all 4 are needing replacement and that they were able to do it no problem. He was very informative, kept me updated on the status of my car, and overall a helpful service rep. Would definitely ask for his assistance in the future!

I was greeted by Madhur on my first visit to Jim Patterson Toyota. He arranged a test drive and answered all questions.

My second visit is when I actually made the purchase. He was super helpful, friendly and low pressure.

On delivery day, he noted all my instructions as per the Bill Of Sale.
He took the time to explain all the functions of the car before my departure.

We have super great experience with Toyota Surrey location and Alan. Alan was very thoughtful, proactive and always answer our concerns at any time of a day! I just bought a new Toyota Grand Highlander from this dealership. The service from the Alan Nguyen was exceptional. Throughout the process of getting this car Alan was excellent in the setting up the example of how a salesman should do and recommend what the customer need. He gone through the process with great cares and explaining everything needed for the my new car. Alan is an excellent sale person. I had a disappointing experience during my visit. The salesperson (I guess his name was Mr. Harpreet Singh) appeared completely disinterested - He has not even noted down our names ; not offered us water 🤔and lacked basic knowledge about car prices/ specifications. While showing us the car, he stood outside the vehicle and failed to engage in any meaningful conversation.

Despite of our background in law enforcement and a stable income of over $250,000 annually, the salesperson showed no initiative or curiosity. Instead, he expected us to tell him the exact model we wanted without offering any guidance or suggestions. I even had to prompt him to ask questions so we could explore options together—something that should have been his responsibility.

This level of service is far below expectations and reflects poorly on the dealership. I hope this feedback helps in improving the customer experience.

Always like going to The Westminister location because they always accommodate to my sched. Maybe it's not as busy but when ever i call they are really cool in squeezing me in for my minor things. The ppl are super friendly here thats why i keep coming back even tho i live out in surrey
