Bought my Honda Fit today. The whole staff are so wonderful. They are all like family and each one said hi and were so friendly. The owner even welcomed me. The salesman who I bought the car from helped with everything from signing my new care to taking care of my old car. It felt I knew him forever. He even went all out to give me a solid sterling plated key chain with a Honda emblem on it. They even allowed my dog to wander around the place saying hi to everyone. They gave her treats. She was welcomed so much that she didn't want to leave when it was time to drive away in our new car. The main reason I came to Harmony to buy my car was the friendliness of the salesperson right from the beginning when I first talked to him on the phone and the great percentage of interest rate their finance personnel found for me. I am recommending all my family and friends to shop at Harmony. It was a great experience and thank them all so very much.

DO NOT BUY any Exntened Warranty or any kind of services from Harmony Honda at Kelowna car Dealer. They do not know what they are doing, they just take your money & screw you!!!!!
They promised something to you but at the end they did notthing..

I purchased a used CRV in Jan 2009 and a 7 years extended warranty at the same time and later received a confirmation letter from Honda Plus and it said my exntended warranty is 6 years not 7 years.
Feb 6 2009 - spoke to Heather (Bussiness manager)at Harmony Honda and she will correct the mistake.
Feb 27 2009 - spoke to Heather (Bussiness manager)at Harmony Honda cause not receive the confirmation letter.
Mar 19 2009 - Call Honda Plus and asked them about my extended warranty and they told me that they did not receive any call from Heather (Harmony Honda). Then I called Heather and she told me the letter will mail out from Vancouver location.
Apr 4 2009 - still not received the letter and called Heather (Harmony Honda), she said that the letter mail out to wrong postal code and will have the letter mail out from vancouver again.
Apr 25 2009 - still not received the letter
May 4 2009 - call Honda Plus and they will re sent me one, but still not receiving it.
May 27 2009 - call Honda Plus and suggested me contact Harmony Honda.
May 27 2009 - call Heather & she print out one from web site (it said 7 years) but is not an official one from Honda plus.
Jun 16 2009 - call Honda Plus and they said my extended warranty still 6 years and I fax a copy (from heather copy) from Harmony Honda to Honda Plus
Jun 17 2009 - call from Heather (Harmony Honda) still saying my extended warranty is 7 years & she will try cancelled my extened warranty & re-purchased 7 years warranty to see what happen.
July 13 2009 - call Honda Plus and they said my extended warranty still 6 years - no change.
July 13 2009 - spoke to Gary (salesman) & he made a copy of my original confirmation & will call me back.....

It has been 6 months now, I still not receiving a call from them. I'm getting very frusturated from them. they don't stand behind what they sell......Just stay away or don't buy any vechicle from Harmony Honda at Kelowna......

This customer's account is truthfull and correct. We had and employee who sat on the problem and did not get this misunderstanding rectified. It unfortunatly did not come to the attention of senior management until a significant amount of time had passed. We have made a change in this department and this employee is no longer with us.

We are sorry that our customer had this experience. We always endeavor to try and do our best. The situation has been resolved to this customers satisfaction and they continue to service their vehicle with us.
