I have had a very bad results with hallmark ,it will be 20months since cat.converter stolen and replace with with a used one that did not work. ICBC instructed them to replace it .I have been running my truck with the engine light on and engine running rough for 20 months with no follow up from hallmark ford surrey BC. Ricky Diguistini

I have a great deal of positive to say about these people. They communicate during the servicing and they deliver the vehicle when they say they will. I keep coming back for the same reason I rated the 4.5 stars - they're terrific folk, nice to deal with and I can trust that when my Escape comes back it's clean and the work is done right. I was having trouble with my auto starter on my Escape 2009. It just wasn't starting, I made an appointment 1 month ago, it started okay on the first day but after that it refused to start. I took it in 2 weeks ago and had a similar problem but last week the guys got my auto start to work,. I found that the management and staff were very helpful and give me support throughout this ordeal. They always had a friendly face and were very approachable. Third time lucky, now I'm ready for any cold weather !!!!!

The front line staff in service were friendly

I was charged for a loaner vehicle, Which is BS considering they called me to get a recall completed.

Goods
- nice staff
- clean welcoming place
- free car wash
- they call to remind you of the appt

Bads
- no warning that I would be charged for painter car , it was only 25 bucks - but none the less it was 25 bucks and don't forget your CC or even that's off the table

As you can see more pros than cons.

Since I’ve had several interactions with this dealership since February of this year, I thought I would explain my main reasons for ranking Hallmark highly.

I was an American buying a Canadian car to export, on my own, across the line. Hallmark stuck with me through the process until I had keys in hand and was heading for the border.

Employees at every level were knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to minimizing wait time, not just when I was car shopping, but during service calls and also when I wanted optional accessories installed.

When it came down to the nitty gritty of price, both sales and service managers at Hallmark (Ali and Eric, respectively) were more accommodating than I expected them to be. Their willingness to sacrifice to make my bottom line more affordable has kept me coming back.

Really good place to purchase your next new vehicle… Aslam, the sales manager is a no nonsense guy! I like the fact that he soften spoken guy and put no pressure. They don’t ask the question, “Are you going to buy the truck today”. Such questions put pressure on the buyers – it’s like going to a time-share presentation. After going to several dealership, I am convinced that I have gotten the best deal and they do try to sweeten the deal by throwing extra’s if they can.

Then there is Dawood, the salesperson. What a nice guy he is! He went out of his way to pick me from my home, even though there was purchase agreement. He was another guy who will not put any pressure. I did like the fact that he follow-up after my first few visits. From sales perspective, I guess that is a normal thing to do. But he was not pushy at all! It took me a month to purchase the truck and he did not put any pressure. His call was all about if he can provide any more information.

Good service and knowledgeable staff, Mike and Kuldeep, on the makes & models of trucks! We went for the f-150 Limited 2016! Great Truck!
Even though we got the employee discount on the new truck, it would be even more awesome if they gave us more discount and can lower the leasing fees down to 1%!
I Would recommend my friends and family to come here! Although they have coffee and tea beverages while waiting for your car deal to go thru, I would suggest having water and snacks as well!

Easy to deal with, no nonsense talk, no pushing. We knew what we wanted and what we were willing to pay, and after talking to Mike the salesman we were able to achieve it within 15 minutes. Very nice experience, the sales manager was very pleasant too. Like in the good old days... :-)

As a customer with long standing I was Not to impressed with my bill when i picked up my Escape. 1. I was told that the transmission service would be $269.00 and the only other thing was an oil change with 50,000KM service. according to your records I had a FREE SERVICE and $48.28 in my account which I said that I wanted to use. The invoice #FCCS352619 some how climbed to $415.46 a long way from $269.00 less $48.28 which I was expecting to pay with the service supposed to be free. the bill was changed before I paid it $297.19 the amount deducted was $69.99 for service not the whole $ 79.00 that would make the service ( FREE) and the $48.28 was deducted. both of these deductions were made after the tax $ $44.52 for the original amount was add in. I was told that the work would take 2.5 hr and had dropped my car off at 10:15 and returned at 11:45 1hr and 30 minutes later and was told that it was ready but I could wait if i wanted it washed I did not . the tax amount on S118.27 is $14.20 which should also been deducted. I will really have to think before I bring my car back to Hallmark as I feel that the work was not done completely or that I have been over charged.

Point 2 on several occasions the brake measurement have been incorrect in that after 5000KM ther was more pad than before. I have had my brakes inspected by a DOT certified inspector and was told that they were at 60 % but you told me that they were due to be replaced. I am not a happy customer.

Had my Ford Edge in for a brake pad replacement on Warranty , they had give me a time line of two hours to complete work and they were true to their word. Unlike going to see a Doctor......nThey completed the work on time, on budget plus rotated my tires, No Charge..nThe service tech was professional, friendly kept me informed about the work..nThanks for a Great Experience

On Thursday night I had an issue with my vehicle 3 times and again once more on my way to work Friday morning.
I found out that there was a throttle body recall on my Escape and without question that was the issue.
I felt totally unsafe driving my vehicle especially on the freeway and it was critical that I get to UBC.
I called Hallmark as soon as you opened on Friday morning and talked to your service advisor Floyd Szilagi.
I explained my issue which he listened to without interruption and then advised me to bring my vehicle in ASAP.
If it was at all possible to look at it on Friday you (Hallmark) would and they would do everything they could to help me out.
Floyd was professional, courteous and as promised kept me informed on what was happening.
I received my vehicle back on Friday about 4:30 or so and was able to drive safely and to my commitments up at UBC.


I am so impressed with the service I received from Hallmark and your employee Floyd. It reminded me of days past.

Thank you Floyd. Hallmark will be seeing future business from me because of you.
