The Salesmen lie to clients and will say anything to get the sale, other than negiotate with pricing, they make promises they don't keep, and use "Free Oil Changes for a year" ($20 cost/change to Dealer) as incentive and of course offer extra accessories only to tell you at the time of delivery the accessory has been cancelled by Toyota Canada and offer no rebates. Stay Away from Granville Toyota!
