Four Star Auto Sales & Leasing

Hi...well im not sure where to start....my name is Steve Campbell....I have been a resident of Vancouver ,next to my whole life..Im writing because i think this story may have some merit..i grew up in north and west vancouver,with all the trimmings of a high end lifestyle..To this day,i rely on this paper to keep me informed....About 1.5 years ago i ended up becoming eligible for my first vehicle ,a great job but no credit...A company,Blue Star Motor helped me secure financing through a company,Four Star auto lease ..A company that is owned and operated by Coquitlam Volkswagen....My First truck was stolen Aug 2008...From then on the web of deceit and lies has grown.....I didnt know at the time however on a weekly basis,customers from four star were being transfered to the Coquitlam Volkswagen side...This was due to the cheating,lieing ,selling of lemon cars,and total customer ruin and carnage to peoples credit that,neil lyons the sales managerand his assistant linda were given free reign to do...In short,they ripped off people and brought in lots of money..so he was allowed to operate...All the time helping him was his assistant Linda...When a problem would occur,i as well as other customers would call the front desk looking for the owner or overseer....The front desk girl would direct us back to the people,neil lyons and Linda Timms who had lied and cheated us in the beginning....My credit was getting established with the first vehicle....When my truck was stolen...I was going to opt out..Neil lyons lied to me and told me that i owed way more in the paperwork than i did...He told me that he would have to sue me...now i know that insurance that would have been paid out for my truck...would have more than covered everything...with a little extra...I was cheated and lied to by the sales managr and his assistant....The current sales managers in both dealerships totaly agree!...As a result of Neils lies...I was put into a lemon Range Rover that has cost me upwards of Ten thousand dollars in repairs over the last year....I had problems from the first month from the dealership, the two crooks that put me in the vehicle and suggested it was a great car would not do anything about it..A lemon car from the start...Super expensive at that!!It needed a 5500 dollar transmission fix,starting two months in!...Thats just the start for the last ,just over one year..The dealership finally fired the sales manager,but his assistant who helped with the shady deals,deceit,and lies to me is still there...I asked for warranty....they told me there wasnt one available..I did some research ,a simple check at Range Rover richmond..There was a warranty available..The problem could have been taken care of far before i got there...years of noted clients being burried in shady deals,screwed over for money,lied to,and taken advantage of..What happens to the decent hard working person whose lives these people ruin.There is alot more of this story to be told.people suggested that the average man needs to know and stay clear of this company..a hardworking guy who made it through the recession..They wont pay anything hardly at all..what can i do??I need a little justice!!
