Docksteader Subaru

I have been going to DonDocksteader Subaru for a long time now and my salesperson Tom Yeung have been serving us for years. Very personable and friendly and have purchased 5 vehicles from him. Great service all around.

Just had a minor service to my 2009 Forester.
Work was done on time and received a call to confirm it was ready for pick up. Appreciated the courtesy wash.

We've had our Forester for 5 years now and we're always impressed with the efficiency of the service dept. I received a reminder in the mail about the scheduled 60 km maintenance a couple of weeks ago, so I phoned and made the appointment. We received a phone call to remind us of the appointment two days ago. I dropped off the car this morning at 9 am. Jose had everything ready, including the loaner car. He phoned later in the day to advise that the brakes needed some work (which I was expecting based on the previous inspection). As planned, I dropped off the loaner and picked up my car at 4 pm. No muss, no fuss. BONUS: My Forester was washed AND vacuumed, which I'm ashamed to say was overdue. Thank you, Don Docksteader.

I've been coming here for well over a decade now. The service has always been efficient and professional. The staff have always been courteous and accommodating of special situations sometimes. Top notch all the way.

Had real trouble finding anyone in the Greater Vancouver area who actually had any used Volvo C30s, until someone suggested Don Docksteader.

They appear to have a pretty big selection of used Volvos, so if you're having trouble find one, it might just be worth checking them out...
