Applewood Kia Langley

I own a Kia Spectra and used to get my car serviced at Applewood in Surrey. I started noticing that with my service checks they were not checking nor were they changing certain items that were required to be done for that service. When brought to their attention, they kept putting me off to someone else and my concerns were never addressed. Also, when I wanted to trade in my vehicle for another (new or used) the financing department never returned any of my calls nor did they find anything for me. Even after numerous calls and messages no one ever returned my phone call.
Overall the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere in my life... embarrassed to say I am a Kia owner with dealerships like that.
