Zender Ford

Work was done fine but very inconvenient; had to leave my truck there on two different occasions for 2 days at a time for minor work. I don't know why they even make appointments if they can't reasonably fulfill their commitments.

Maybe they don't understand that service sells the subsequent vehicles...will definitely be shopping elsewhere.

Over several years I have had 4 separate vehicles serviced at Zender and have always been completely satisified. I have never had to return to have work re-done that was initially done incorrectly, nor have I ever known them to have done "extra" work that was not necessary. My experience with their service department had always been excellent, and I am known to be demanding and "picky".

The best place to take car or truck. The people are great and the service is always done right and on time.

Love the location! Everybody is very professional and friendly .. one of the girls at the service department knows us (can't remember her name) she is always making sure everything is explained and always giving an excellent service. Kids loves popcorn and the receptionist is very frieldnly when kids need extra popcorn. Great place, great service

Our last service was no different than any other time it was excellent

Had to work on my heater core 3 times to the tune of 3700.00$ Not a very good experience.

I have been taking my Edge to Zender Ford now for over two years and I am completely satisfied with them. I have always been treated by friendly and professional service consultants. When something has shown up in the regular servicing they have been able to address the issues right away. My husband and I have moved a lot and therefore have had to deal with many different dealerships, some make work places and some very good ones. Zender Ford has been excellent for us. I highly recommend them.

Used Zender Ford for a few years, had both my Ford trucks serviced there and bought one new from them. However began to see signs of shoddy work, Mechanic damaged radiator while changing fan belt etc etc. Last straw, service manager backed out of his parking stall hit my wife's truck, he didn't look. Zender's official line was it was her fault. Their own insurers laughed at them. Very bad corporate ethics, and I was a good customer. Don't do business with them
