Just purchased a 2017 Ford Escape SE. The salesman was great and gave me the lowdown on the vehicle - very thorough - much appreciated. The Finance Manager was very good. Did a lot of the dealing via email and they responded promptly and answered all my questions. Much appreciated.

I came into Windsor Ford and immediately fell in love with the 2017 Ford Explorer that was in the showroom. It was pricey though, so I was hesitant to get it. Justin, the salesperson, was absolutely fantastic! Once he realized how much I wanted that specific Explorer he did everything he could to get me into it. Told me that he didn't want to see me drive off the lot with anything less then what I actually wanted. Thank goodness, cuz I know now, I would have been disappointed if I had gotten anything other then my perfect vehicle. I also appreciated that Justin went through my new vehicle with me and explained everything to me in detail. They followed through with their promises and I'm so glad I went to them. Will definitely be recommending them to any of friends or family. Thank you Justin & Windsor Ford!

Has 2013 f350 diesel inspected before purchasing from another dealer. Total cost was 85 cents short of $1000. It did include some optional items I was asked to confirm before they were done. Most ok but about $250 to check tire pressure sensor seems extreme.

I was in GP from FSJ and encountered problems with my Expedition. IT was near 5Pm on a Friday and the service manager located the issue right away and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Superior service.

I'm from out of town, I was so happy to see they have great hours. When I called to get my truck looked at, I was able to get in right away. Service desk was great.

Took my F350 to get fixed there. Let them know that the truck is chipped. $1000 later they tell me they can't fix it because my truck is chipped. They should have told me this before they charged me $1000 to do a service. Not happy!!

Windsor Ford Service department is Amazing to deal with. They are always fast friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your repairs are completed right the first time and that they communicate with you promptly.

Great service but had to get an email to say I had an exhaust leak that needed diagnosing. Would've liked if they had mentioned it before I left so maybe I could've had it done then.

After receiving a special offer code and letter in the mail for trading in my f150 (2014) . I reacted on it. I honestly feel if it is not gong to be better deal than I can get at any other place in town don't send such a letter. (It's a lie and does no one any good)

Always a pleasure to deal with the service department. Called and booked an appointment, they called to remind me the night before. I went into the dealer that morning and they shuttled me home. A couple hours later, called me a picked me up. Great, swift service with a detailed bill explaining what they did. One happy customer!

Took in my 2012 Escape. The service desk was extremely helpful and polite. Got me in the day after I phoned. I had pre-ordered the parts and they completed the work on the same day I took it in. The shuttle service was helpful and the driver very friendly. The girl at the reception counter provided me with a smile and a double chocolate doughnut. All good.
