All of a sudden they want or forcing me to full fill my maintenance program based on their maintenance guide. or will no longer honor my free oil change pursuant to my OIL CARD. My vehicle is not under any warranty. It is up to me to decide any maintenance concerns not West End Nissan.
I still will be taking my vehicle for free oil change when due. Should they fail to honor my oil change I will tie this company in litigation until dooms day.
Let them watch me.

Great car, I love driving it.
To all car buyers please beware, always take at least 1 or 2 friends/family with you when you buy a car just so you have extra help looking at the contract and you know the questions to ask. I bought a Nissan Altima 2014, at the dealers all they kept saying was ZERO interest rate for 84 months it was good deal for a complete package so I signed all the paper works. After 6 months I happened to browse on my old paper files and on one of the pages I found out that a $ 31,621.45 car has a 4.98 APR so after 84 months the Zero interest becomes $37,455.26, It was partly my fault because on the final signing of papers I didnt scrutinize it, but the bill of sale cleary said $31621.45

Excellent service. Sales team was great and easy to deal with. i took my new truck home 2 days ago and could not be happier. If you want an easy pain free experience buying a new vehicle, go to see West End. Nice to see a car dealership that still cares about its customers.

I have nothing but great things to say about West End Nissan. After shopping around all day on a Saturday I finally ended up at this dealership. There staff treated my family and myself head and shoulders above the rest of the dealers we visited. We had a great salesman who actually listened to what we were looking for and wrote it all down...Imagin that!!! Took us straight to a car that we loved, we could actually afford and didnt try to up sell us or the old bait and switch. The entire store was all smiles and made buying a car fun for me and my family after a bad day of being disappointed all over town. I would highly recomend a stop here first if your looking for a new vehicle... Thanks so much to Chris and the guys we love our new Altima!!

I took my car in to WestEnd Nissan after making a 7:30 am apt. I got there at 7:20 to find a line up of cars from the service bay doors out on to the road. I was told to stay in my car and wait my turn. I went into the service area and asked twice if I couldn't please just drop off my car, that I needed the 8 am shuttle to get me to a meeting at 9 for work. Staff just blew me off, told me to wait in line, never specified which line. I found out later I was in the line for oil changes. No signage for that, customers are just expected to know that. After waiting in a line up that didn't move for over 40 minutes, watching both shuttles leave, I finally left.
I won't be back. Ever.

I bought the only truck I will ever buy from this dealership, several months ago; misrepresentation galore. Do yourself a favor, find a different dealer.

I contacted numorous dealers about the sold out Nissan GT-R for purchase. There are a few dealers out there asking 119,900 even though the MSRP is 81,900.

OK, I'll pay a premium I guess but 50% more. That really leaves a bad taste. Anyway after having a garaunteed car from a dealer in Toronto within 2 weeks but at $120K (which I decided to pass on) theses guys called me. They told me $120K but that I'd still have to wait for a year. Then to top it off I said well thanks but if I was going to pay this much I'd go with the Toronto dealership and get the car immediately. He basically said B.S. and that the dealer was either lying or I was and that no one was going to sell me the car in two weeks.

Very poor representative for Nissan! I ended up talking with Regency Nissan in Vancouver (Jon). He was very helpful and assured all the customers they would abide by the MSRP set by Nissan. Anyway I gave him a deposit and will patiantly wait a year or so :(

You are waiting for a whole year for a 100,000 dollar car? You must really love the car ;)
