I went in for the basic oil change and also had the cabin filter replaced. The work was done on time and there were no issues. I used the oil change coupon from the newspaper ($39.99 plus fees and taxes) so it was a pretty good deal.
I find the staff receptive and helpful in general terms. However, the quality is weak at best based on return visits for repairs thought completed, but were not completed.
I have incurred several visits for several different repairs and it is very time consuming and does not support the reason for buying a new Lincoln. This incl rims, heated seats, windshield sprayers. This will be my 4th visit to have the windshield sprayers corrected.
Also, the poor quality is the same scenario at the body shop. The vehicle returned to me was not completed as promised

Considering my Escape is 10 years old, I expected found work when I went in for an oil change, the only thing they suggested was power steering fluid change (which I knew should be changed) nothing else
Great customer service but slightly pricey. Reading diagnostics for check engine light was charged a full hour. Not sure it would be different anywhere else so I wasn't too concerned. They made up for it with good face to face service.
I highly recommend this dealership, my last couple of vehicles have been bought at Waterloo and I am very pleased with the service I receive. The Service department and shuttle drivers are so courteous and go out of their way for you to make sure I am getting the service I requested and truly try to rectify anything that goes wrong without any arguments. As with my last purchase, Waterloo will be my first stop when shopping for my next vehicle.
Went in for oil change/tire rotations special. Prompt and friendly service. Skid plate became loose and was falling off a day after service but I was shown that it was due to faulty clips. Waterloo promptly replaced all four clips at no charge to me.
I would not hesitate to go back to Waterloo for further service.

I recently had the airflow mechanism fixed. I was happy with the service and they were very informative.
I own a 2011 MKX bought new from Waterloo that currently has 73K on it. I took it in on Dec 5 2016 for an oil change and tire rotation with a coupon from the Edm Sun for $39.99. Received a call from the dealership that said I needed rear brakes and they quoted me a price. I quickly checked around and found that they were slightly high, but competitive, so I okayed the work.
I received a call at 1:30 that the car was just going in for detailing (wash) and that it would be ready in the early afternoon. I arrived at the dealership at 4:00PM and the car was still not ready, they hadn't started the detailing yet and the detailing guy was on lunch. I waited and finally got my car at 5:00 PM. There were two major errors on the invoice that I fortunately caught while I was at the service desk that would have lead to me being overcharged by at least 10%. One error on the brake job and one error on the oil change, the error on the oil change was still there after the service representative said he had adjusted for the coupon. After his adjustment the oil change came through at $57.00 plus shop charges, plus disposal fees. Tires were also never rotated.
When I voiced my displeasure at the vehicle being late, being overcharged twice, and work not completed (tires not rotated) the Service Rep did little to assuage my anger and disappointment or even acknowledge that this was a serious problem. The work that was done and the detailing was good quality. The shuttle driver was on time and very professional. The service from the service department was absolutely dismal. This is also the second time that my car was not ready when I arrived at the dealership after being told it was good to go. I have one more prepaid oil change from this dealership and then they have seen the absolute last of me. The sales department seems fine, the product (Car) has also been fine but the service department at this dealership needs a lot of work to bring it up to a standard that most import dealers maintain on a regular basis.
I would highly recommend against taking your vehicle here for a service, but if you have to, check your invoice carefully, they are not above cheating you.

Was really happy with how quickly and professionally Waterloo helped me when my steering pump had failed in my vehicle. I had called another ford dealership before calling Waterloo, and was treated very poorly. The people at Waterloo made sure all my questions were answered and my vehicle was ready to go early the next morning. Was extremely happy with their customer service. They are wonderful. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.
This is my first vehicle purchase from Waterloo Ford Lincoln although I have owned Ford vehicles before. My Lincoln is a dream vehicle and Waterloo has been excellent to deal with and the service appointments are very positive. I would highly recommend this dealership, they care about their customers!
I made a service appointment for an oil change, and I brought my vehicle in before 9:00 a.m. The oil change took the entire day. My vehicle wasn't ready until almost 5:00 p.m, making the trip down 107th Avenue a bumper-to-bumper joy ride and taking me an hour to get home. Although the people are friendly, the service is very, very slow.
Between Ford dealerships in Edmonton, Waterloo is my best choice. For the past 4 years no problems whatsoever.
Quick and excellent service.
They found a leak doing a routine oil change and it took 3 more visits of ripping it apart to diagnose and order parts. On the 2nd visit they didnt put the front flap behind the block heater cord in properly so it hangs under the truck. This was pointed out to them on the next visit when the leak was repaired...they didnt connect the flap again.....when it went back for an oil change the next week again pointed out the flap and they had issues trying to figure out how to connect it and finally told me it was fixed.....week later at the car wash noticed it was hanging again. You can clearly see the holes in this flap where the top pieces screwed into something yet no one there seems to know how to connect it even though they are the ones who took it off. This is a factory piece and not an after market flap. I am frustrated with this dealership.
Bought my truck there used then my transmission went and they looked after me and fixed it very happy with the sales guy I had and service person I dealt with thank you
Three comments on my recent visit:
1. Identified and dealt with a problem with my shocks - appreciated the diagnosis as I kind of thought something might be wrong but hadn't diagnosed it myself.
2. Had been told previously by Waterloo that to deal with the paint peeling off of the front bezels, the fix was to replace them. Ordered the parts to do this, was told they would be covered under warranty and then on arrival, was advised that all that needed to be done was to repaint the bezels at a body shop. A lot of confusion and wasted time ordering parts, etc. to arrive at a "no solution" outcome.
3. Explorer was held overnight and parked outside. Upon pickup, the front of the truck was covered with large sap deposits from trees. I've spent a bunch of time with Goo Gone and still haven't removed the sap...very disappointed to be saddled with a new problem as a result of having my Explorer in for service!

Very satisfied with everything so far.
Work completed on time, complimentary shuttle services provided, and did not push through optional work that I left at the mechanic's discretion. I continue to be happy with the staff, the work, and the cost.
I have all of my servicing done at Waterloo. Their fast lane is great. I can get an oil change done and be on the road by 8am. I have never had any issues.
I have been taking our F350 in for service at Waterloo since buying the truck there in 2001. We have been totally satisfied with their professional and accurate work through all the years! We will continue going to Waterloo for the foreseeable future.
I've gone to Waterloo to service both my own, and my parents' vehicle. The experience has been stellar every time.
Have been going to Waterloo for over 10 years for maintenance and new car. Always have been satisfied with the service. Car maintenance is expensive everywhere so don't think that Waterloo is out of line. Employees very pleasant and helpful.
I've had my 2012 F-150 4x4 crew cab 3.5 Eco-boost service here for almost 4 and 1/2 years and have never had an issue! Friendly, informative experience's every time
Very good service. Car was ready for pick up when promised. Brian (salesman)went out of his way to make experience a good one. Would recommend Brian and dealership to everyone else.
My first dealing with Waterloo Ford was 1976 when I purchased a Mercury Marquis.Over the years I have purchased vehicles at Waterloo Ford. Pinto , Lincoln Towncar and last year, an MKC. I stuck with Waterloo Ford because I have always received excellent service from a courteous and professional staff.
