I brought my Nissan Rogue 2015 to have an oil change because it's include under warranty but they refuse me to service my car.I'm disappointed for what happen.

I brought my 2010 Altima into Stadium Nissan for its 36K B-service this past weekend. The service was excellent. Ashley was courteous, kind and very professional. The service took only 45 minutes (maybe less) and Ashley called me on my cell when my vehicle was ready to go. She handled the paperwork efficiently and answered all my questions. I have taken my Pathfinder to this dealership on occassion since buying it but every time I am totally put off by the service departments attitude and lack of courtesy. I took it in a few months ago because the 3M was coming off, they replaced it and when I picked it up the mirror was already pealing off and they didn't even tell me, I walked up to the truck and noticed it immediately. So they just thought I wouldnt see it ? So he tells me theyll fix it when I come in for a service, well I don't normally go here for service because I don't like them but since I only needed an oil change I figured how wrong could that go. I call and make an appointment am told it will be a couple of hours. Take it in and the service guy says it will take all day, I explain my conversation and he then says ok we will get it in right away. It is done in the 2 hours but when i picked it up I thought the oil change seemed a little expensive. Checked my last few bills from Sunridge Nissan and was shocked. Stadium Nissan charged me $44.75 for the oil and Stampede charged me $18.00 for the oil. All in all with the labour charges etc the bill from Stadium was $22.00 more than at Sunrige for the exact same service. So not only do you have to put up with rude obnoxious service people you have to pay more for the experience. This is absolutly the last time I take my truck there

For the past two weeks our 2008 Pathfinder LE has had trouble turning over while trying the ignition. The first time we brought it to Stadium Nissan two weeks ago, they found nothing wrong with it. The next day, the truck would not start and for the next 3 days, while waiting for an appointment we had to boost the truck to get it going. On the 2nd appointment, less than a week ago, the battery failed (but didn't fail the first time) their test but the altinater and starter passed. Long and behold this morning, the vehicle does not start.

By this time I expect a solution after multiple visits, wasted time and money, and the inconvenience. I get anything but; I call and the best they can do is for me, on my dime, have the vehicle towed to them and the earliest they can book it in is 9 days from now. The would "try" to look at it during the week if they finished their other orders.

Where is the accountability let alone empathy for a situation, they can not seem to resolve. Beyond brutal. When you run a "service station" customer intimacy and solutions based employee attitudes are the only thing that can really win loyalty and good business in the long term.

Good luck Nissan Stadium, I would rather set my car on fire then bring it back to you.
