Went in for routine maintenance and the service manager calked me to say that their technician had backed my car into a pole and dented the bumper. He said he would make it right. They had my car all week and I was disappointed by the lack of communication I received on the repair plans. On Friday they called to tell me the car was ready for puck up and I went in. The advisor went through the routine maintenance report without even mentioning the fact that I had my bumper damaged / subsequently repaired! They treated me like I should be happy I got a new bumper. I waited 20 minutes to see the service manager who apologized and gave me a 15% discount off my routine maintenance bill (not sure what is reasonable - I wasn't even that concerned about the discount...just wanted to be treated right). When you spend 50k$ on a car and it gets damaged I would have expected to be treated with higher priority than I was. Service manager followed through on sending me the bumper repair invoice the next week and said the next time I'm in they would detail my car (another nice touch would have been cleaning it while they had it all week)...but he didn't follow through on other requested info I had asked about (tire wear above expected rate). Also, they wouldn't send me their normal survey to fill out after my repair was done even after I asked them to send it. They said they didn't have my email address and their system can't send surveys afterwards, but next time I book an appointment I can do a survey. I don't believe there will be a next time as I don't feel like they follow through on commitments or care about their customers.

I have had an RDX since 2010, and my husband has had an MDX since 2009. We have gone to Northwest Acura for all servicing since we've had these vehicles (bought brand new from NW Acura). The service department has always gone above and beyond, being very friendly and always delivering ahead of time...with a complimentary carwash.
We are moving out of the country in 2 weeks and the service manager took care of making sure that our vehicles were fully in check to pass international compliance. They did this on extremely short notice. I can't say enough how wonderful everyone has been there. I only hope we are able to find a dealership in the USA that provides a similar level of exceptional service. Thank you NW Acura!

I purchased a new 2014 Acura RDX in late 2013, and have had the vehicle serviced at this location ever since.
I cannot say enough about the excellent sales experience my wife and I had with Michael Li. He is personable, professional, courtious, and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles that Acura sell. He obviously has done his homework, and had no difficulty in explaining all the features of the vehicle, many of which were completely new to me. He is not a high pressure salesperson, which appeals to my wife and I. He has been most helpful in assisting me with any service issues that have arisen over the past two years
I would not hestitate to recommend Michael to anyone who is interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership. In fact, I will work with Michael when I am ready to purchase my next Acura vehicle!

I had an unexpected right front tire leak while driving my vehicle home . I popped over to Northwest Acura to maybe book an service appointment. Talked to Chris Chamberlain service manager and he surprised me when he said he would try get it fixed right away. Not only did he get it repaired but did it himself within 20 minutes. Even better he said there was no charge. This was right at closing 4pm on a Saturday. Give this man a raise and promotion. Thank you Northwest Acura.

We seen a SUV on acura wesite, it had shown a picture with description of all options. We called and spoke with a salesman. He assured it was same as wesite, well not a chance. There was no leather, but truely not a big deal until saleman says well the price is correct on website. DONT TRUST THEM. We test drove seemed good so we bought the SUV. They said they tested and checked everything. DONT TRUST THEM. Picked it up drove home, we cant open back hatch. Drive back to dealership deal with manager. We get the usual well this has never happened before. Service guy fixes hatch, manager at this point askes if there is any thing they can do, so i ask for a free detailing after winter. Manager says of course, i will get you 2. Excellent, so i thought, tried to get detail, they had no idea what i was talking about. DONT TRUST THEM. I needed to get truck serviced because it needed a sensor.The company sends me pictures with 2 wires cut underneath, acura blames muffler guy. Acura is very RISKY buy. Take more time to and shop elsewhere.

I just recently bought a car there and totally regretted about it.

Things that you need to be aware of when deciding to buy a vehicle there:

1. Salesmen are liars, especially the Chinese ones.
2. Overpriced cars
3. POOR customer service
4. Certified cars are DAMAGED.
5. They are WILLING to LIE whenever they can

I WILL never go back there again.

I have been going to this dealership for almost 6 years now and I have never been as disapointed as I have been this winter!! I get my vehicle serviced every year and the amount of money I have pumped into this dealership they should be worshipping my service!!

Instead of jerking me around and messing up my service dates and acting as if it is my fault! Ordered tires to be replaced on my vehicle they ordered the wrong one and then expected me to leave my vehicle overnight until they figured out when they would get new tires in!!

Said they fixed my headlights...only to find when the car was brought back to me it was still fused out!!!


Dumbest dealership ever! Never again will they get my business.

I had a Integra GSR serviced there a few years back and when I got the car back, they had pulled the Silverhill stick and license plate border off and replaced their own on it. Without even asking me? What nerve.

I just recenlty bought a TL and went to their parts to buy some parts. I bought 8 litres of ATF fluid and paid $15 each. Since it was synthetic I didn't question it. Then a few days later and find myself at Silverhill needing other parts and thought I'd pick up one more litre of ATF. $10!!!!! Northwest was 50% higher! What a bunch of crooks.

I am now on my third MDX, the MDX itself is the best bang for buck in the market place.
The Sales and Service departments have always been top notch, I'm certainly a fan.

Bought a 2009 MDX, they gave me the best price in Alberta, and the service was way better than what I received in the south. If you want to buy an Acura in Calgary, I recommend going to Northwest Acura!
