Wheaton Honda, Edmonton Reviews (2)
In Dec 2009 I purchased a brand new honda civic at Millwoods Honda. I had their technican to install a remote control system for my car my brand new car. I took the car home that evening and I noticed a funny noise it was making. Then the following day the car wouldn't start so I had to get it towed to the their location to get it fix.
It took them 2 days to fix it and they wanted me to pay it. Finally I got my car back. However, when I drove home, I realized that they didn't fix it properly because the car still made some weird noises. Then next day the car died a again.
This time I towed had it towed it to their place again. Same thing happened again. That is next day the car died again.
This time I took it to a different place to get a second opinion.Soon after I found out that when millwoods Honda who put in the car starter had damaged my brand new car battery and that was the reason why the car was making noises and the car keeps on dying on me. Not only Millwoods Honda damaged my brand new car parts but they also made me pay for towing fees, pay for replacing a new battery and pay for labour work.
Throughout this whole experience the Millwoods Honda salesmans to managers provided extremely poor customer services and provide very unprofessional attitude towards the customer in need. It seems like they do/say anything to you to make you happy when your buying their car but once you have problems with it they really dont care about you anymore. So be ware!
Worst buying car experience ever! I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from Millwoods Honda in Edmonton.

Terrible from start to finish...
Purchase: drove 4 hours from CFB Cold Lake to pick up pre-paid vehicle - filthy, scratched and incorrect/missing options.
Service: Dealer charged for Honda equip but apparently installed a Non-Honda trailer tow package that malfucntioned...dealer refused to honour warrnaty as it was not Honda equip????...contacted Honda Canada for rectification. Dealer softened response and asked me to drive in (4 hours) for discussion.
Pointed out to service Manager that I was Reg Force Officer his response was essentially "I dont care"...we were offered the purchase of a new Honda. Very amusing.
Heads up this may be a nice looking delearship but the GAFF is zero!! Turns out several of the soldiers here have had similair experience.
Conversely, the Frontier Honda Dealer in Morinville has been simply AMAZING.
Forewarned is forearmed.
Good Luck.
