I recently took my F150 Eco-Boost in for a service and was hoping that they would have time to do some work for a safety bulletin call back from Ford. As usual they came through and got it all done! I was in and out of there in a couple hours! Thanks to all the service staff for a great job " as usual"

Hanson Ford has the best customer service out there!! Starting with their service department then sales, Finance and up to management the customer care could not be better. Thanks Waters Lockhart for the care and time, I love my new MKZ.

As i called last minuet for a complete service
On my f150 they had gotten me in and took care of the truck found a hole in tire etc. Always great customer service at hansen ford

I made an appointment for service on my 2014 f150. When I dropped it off I asked them to check for brake squeal. When picked up they said they had turned rotors in rear. Squeal was gone for a short period maybe a couple days. When I picked it up was asked tp bring back for recall the following week. Upon doing so told them about the squeal returning. Was told it was common problem with the f150 and they didn't think they could do anything. I don't blame the Dealer for this. Sounds like a design issue with Ford. However after leaving it the second time I received a phone call from the Dealer asking if they could provide a stop Squeal service for 159.00 dollars. What's up with that can be fixed for a cost but not on Warranty. Can I expect that every new F150 that's taken of the lot has squeaky brakes?

Started leaking oil pretty bad in my 2015 Ford Edge. Brought it in to get tires changed and to check what was going on with the oil. They fixed everything and explained what had happened to cause me the leak. I'm not mechanically inclined so I can't repeat what it was but I left there feeling quite satisfied with the service that I received. The Service Department has a great group of people on staff. Nobody is perfect and that's the only reason they don't get a full 5 star.

As always, my experience with the service department is first class. My loaner vehicle is always ready and I am kept informed as to the status of my vehicle. It is serviced/cleaned and returned in a timely manner and looks fantastic. Thanks

I have never had a problem with Hanson Ford. I recently had some work done and asked them not to do any work that was gonna cost me money but when it went to LBX to have the work done I was charged for it. They cut the bill in half but I am still not happy that I was charged.

I had my Truck in for its scheduled service interval and while it was their I had them address a concern with my 4x4 engagement sys. They took care of my service and most of the 4x4 repairs where addressed in the same day, she had a one sleep over and they wrapped it up the next morning including an update to the connectors on the vacuum sys. Most dealerships would have re-installed the factory plastic fittings without mention, however they informed me of the upgrade for a minimal cost and took care of it at the same time. Having a dealership take the time to inform me of a problem or troublesome component and a low cost upgrade has no reflection on the brand or quality of the vehicle or a needless upsell rather a time saver for me down the road as time is a commodity most of us. annoying breakdowns and happen with whatever you drive. Thank you again folks for taking care of my vehicle.

My appointment was booked with Nicole at Hansen Ford for a regular oil change. She suggested a 30 point inspection due to my bumper to bumper warranty ending soon. She didn't try to push anything on me at all and called me to update me throughout the day. She was super nice to deal with and that makes all the difference for me!

I also had a question totally unrelated to my service and she offered to send an email off to the correct department for them to give me an answer!

An interesting visit. After having some work done, a noise appeared in the passenger front right hand side. I took the vehichle back after a period of time because I was thinking it may be a hunk of mud but was told that I had purchased too big of tires and they were rubbing. That was the noise. The funny part was that this visit was at the end of July and the tires had been put on by a reputable tire company in the beginning of March. Should have been rubbing in March, not July after some work had been done to the vehichle. This is the second time I have questioned the work that has been done.
