Very happy with the service I’ve had from Ford edson. It’s been a bit of a slow process but it’s been worth the wait since they were able to accommodate to my needs and look out for me finically! Thank you Ford edson! Highly recommend.

They are an absolute joke to deal with. I now need a new windshield due to their f-up and they (Ty the service manage) refuse to admit to their mistake. The glass shop has even confirmed that it was a pressure crack and no way a rock chip could do that damage and they still won’t admit to it (the rock chip is also in a place I could never get a rock chip).
They also installed a battery that was stated to be “sitting there for quite some time” that was charged and tested (that apparently passed its testing) that left me stranded with a dead battery 5 days later.
This is all done on my BRAND NEW 2020 Explorer with 10,000 km on it.

We took our f-150 in for service and it was done in a timely fashion. The staff was very nice as well as the hospitality (coffee and cookies) . My wife had an issue with a rock guard that came loose the next day. Not to happy with them
I work in the business that has previously kept Alberta prosperous and do not usually have predetermined scheduled days off. I called in the morning to get service and was able to get in that morning and had it done. Many thanks to Jodi and the rest of the staff for helping with this.
Service department always gets me in for service which I appreciate a ton. Parts always helps on the parts I need to complete the job. Thanks to Jody and TY.

I had my winter tires put on. Excellent, fast and friendly service. Very efficient. I brought my Edge in at 7:45 and I picked it up at lunch.
Excellent services today on my range I like when I bring my truck in clean in side and I mean spotless the staff reminded the tech staff to please wipe down the vehicle after this is, Huge to me not to touch my steering wheel and them get black hands!!! Your service staff Nancy and Jody are very pleasant ladies !!! Once again Jerry Ford you are stealing my heart back thank you !!! Excellent service from Tyrell for getting my tires overnight!!!! Awesome service from Nancy for making sure my appointment was kept on time and for having my truck back a 5:00 pm when it was promised. These qualities of service is hard these days I guess Kal Tire had my truck for 2 full days I had them pre order my tires a week a head of time! Day one at Kal Tire wrong tires day 2 no tires and truck sat all day! They need professional staff like Jerry Ford Also wish Ford dealer get nokian studen tires, Thanks again Tyrell for convincing me on the other tires your the best!!!!

Excellent service and friendly staff all the time. When my car needs repairs, they try to to it in a quick and reasonable manner.
The staff at jerry ford were very quick, friendly and efficient. I was impressed with the level of customer service I recieved
The service we received from Jerry for was adequate the communications however were far below what I would expect from any service department.
At no time during the procedures was I kept up to speed as to what was going on ( not getting the right parts, not getting enough parts, or unforeseen damages ) all that needed to be done was a phone call near the end of the day if a problem arose that would delay completion. If I hadn't phoned to get an update there wasn't any.
We were told the work should be completed within a few days ( 3-4 ) thinking I would get a call on the 4th day to pick the unit up it never came. I called only to be told of a delay this went on like this for next 7 days until one day the service manager called with sincere apologies for the delays but would be a couple more days to completion.
That was 10 or 11 days before any contact was initiated by the service dept. I don't blame the service manager but do believe our service adviser should be responsible for the communications.
The repairs were very satisfactory so far I've only driven it for 2 hours since pulling my trailer home but things went fairly smooth after a no fault minor glitch
Thanks for your help during our down time on the side of the hi-way by the way ( broken clamp on the turbo)

I'm usually very happy with the service I get at Jerry Ford including both the sales and service sides. I was thankful at my last service that they noticed that my F150 needed a wheel alignment and that it would still be covered by warranty. When my vehicle needs service they always take me to work and back. I appreciate the knowledge of the service advisors who explain what kind of work our vehicles need. Well done and we will continue to be loyal Jerry Ford customers.
