Heninger Toyota / Scion

I've been here twice now for servicing and both times there have been thefts from my vehicle. They root through all your personal belongings and take cash. Theft is unacceptable no matter what the amount. If you are going to take your vehicle here for servicing, ensure you take all your personal belongings out. I hope losing a customer over a few dollars was worth it.

Go see Drew! Purchased a 2015 4runner Trail Edition. Drew was patient, honest, and gave me a superb deal. Would highly recommend. He knew the product, was no fuss and was far from pushy. The sales manager Mark Beach was also amazing to deal with.

When the time came for me to move forward with a 'new' vehicle I went straight to Heninger. Both the new and pre-owned departments were welcoming and answered all questions I had. I gave myself time to think about this big purchase and in the end it was a 2013 Rav 4 that won out. Right from the get-go George was solid in explaining the perks of this vehicle to me and getting me the information I needed. He wasn't out to 'make the sale' but rather he was keen on making sure it was the right fit for me before I committed to the purchase; this I appreciated. Matt the manager was simply excellent; very genuine, and open to negotiation and Diane made the whole process flow. I would return to the pre-owned site simply to deal with this team in the future. Thanks George, Matt and Diane. I love the vehicle and my two children and I have already taken multiple road trips in a vehicle that suits our outdoor interests.

If you are a smart Calgary chick looking for a cool used truck, then this is the place to go. The entire Heninger team was so very helpful, but most of all they were just plain 'nice', especially Steve. I just can't remember when I have ever gotten such wonderful customer service. I am in love with my truck. I saw the truck on the lot, before I had ever heard about this wonderful sales team. Then I went on the lot and met Steve. He is low key, and just a pleasant, knowledgeable guy to be around. I cannot recommend Steve, and the entre Heninger Team enough.

I recently had a fender bender repaired by Heninger Toyota's Collision Center. The quality of their work appears to be very good, and the service was outstanding! They were flexible in scheduling the repairs; Virginia communicated very well with me throughout the process, and the job was done when they said it would be done.

I really enjoyed my dealings with this company.
Initially,I had very limited knowledge about the car and its functioning, features etc. I was in very confused mind about the selection of car, but when I first approched Mr. Jay Jiang (Product Advisor), he made me very comfortable and confident. Jay explained us everyting about the various cars. So finally I picked up the right car. I will give Jay 10 out of 10 about his excellent salesmanship. Thank you Jay.

I also take the opportunity to thank Mr. Lee Serban for helping me in administrative/account work. I also salute for his hospitality.
