Identified the problem and fixed it right the first time, on time.
I have had my 2015 F-150 XLT in 4 different times to repair the door latches, (Yes Plural). It only happens when it is cold out-10C & colder. 1 was the driver rear door would not latch on the bottom, 2 passenger front, 3 driver front & 4 passenger front & driver rear. Now I am waiting for parts. You would think after the umpteen dozen times other customers have brought in vehicles for the same occurance, Ford would have figured it out instead of putting on a bandaid. Come on, make it a recall already & fix the damn door latching problems. You know this is a safety problem too, due to the front seat belt is part of the rear door system.

Have had great experiences with Quicklane. I have the pre-paid maintenance package and they have treated me like a first time customer each time. Even the dogs enjoyed the service. quick and efficient! Keep up the good work!

Switched to Denny after terrible experiences at another dealer. Very smooth sales process and service is excellent. Quick lane is fast and I even had them call me once to see if I had time to bring my truck in sooner for a recall, as they had an opening!

Thought I'd try Denny Andrews after not so great experience at the Ford dealer on the north side. My truck was not running smoothly. They diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate before any repairs were started. Service was great and the staff was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be going back for all my service needs.

Bought this truck brand new. Sales were really good, quick lube service is awesome and take my truck there for maintenance. 77000 km and no complaints.
1st - I love this vehicle - nice ride and you feel "safe" - Options are great (like the back up camera). There was some misunderstanding when it came to options and I found that they were eager to make me happy and try to correct it, which is nice. Sometimes the mark of a dealership is what they do when there is a misunderstanding - try and make their customer happy (or) since they made the sale, ignore you.
I found they were quick and eager to get it all worked out so that I was a happy customer in the end.

The quicklane is an excellent place for routine service. No appointments and waiting for appointments drive in and drive out. The quicklane team is fast and efficient and knows what they are doing. Recommend this place to anyone who needs their routine maintenance done quickly.

I use Denny Andrews for both my fleet and personal vehicles. I have dealt with Denny's since 1991 and can only say the experience I've had is "Consistent Excellence". Jon, my salesman, is an absolute joy to deal with and has looked after both my fleet and personal purchases for over 25 years. The parts department is the best in the business and I have been more than fairly treated by the service department on both the fleet and personal levels. I feel very comfortable referring customers to Denny's. I have done so many times and have never had a complaint from anyone I've referred. Keep up the good work, Denny Andrews. You've got it right!!
I resently purchased my third vehicle from Dennys Andrews. I always use their service facilities and I even just stop in for a coffee once in a while when I'm in the city, I live in High Prairie. From salesman to quick lube employees, they have always made me feel at home.

Took in for a recall, took it in right away. Problem was, it would've been nice to know how long repair was totake prior, I could've made alternate arrangements. Waited 1 hr for a ride home (1 shuttle was in for service).
? 1> why when I back up in certain temps does my 2014 escapes brakes squeak?
I worry about this as ive never received an answer, read online im not alone. I once had a ford ranger that squeaked when it rained, it took several trips & finally the service mgr to figure out it was the fluid ford used in the struts. He probably wasn't supposed to tell me. Is this a similar situation that ford doesn't want to acknowledge?

Very good experience in purchasing from the new sales (Jim Braun) in the past 5 years. As a return customer I've had two F-150's and am very satisfied. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Service department is also very good.

Fast, friendly, and clean. Did I mention fast? Felt like 5 minutes. And friendly, the service manager made me feel like I'd been going there for years. Not only was the work area clean but so was the waiting area and the washroom
Very satisfied with the service. They were able to get my car in for servicing immediately and back to me quite quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be retuning for future services.
