My Crosstrek needs a new sensor as it keeps cutting out. I asked the customer service to assist me as I needed to attend an important meeting, and their response was to book the car in and the first available opening was in 2 weeks. I asked if I could leave the car for the day and they said that I could but they could not guarantee that they would be able to get to it on that day.
I called the manager to vent my disbelief of bad quality of customer care and he amplified my frustration by siding with his service department and said that all customers are treated equally no matter what. So if you have an emergency you will wait in line the same as a regular service !!! He was more proud of how full their service department was that solving the issue and his sarcasm just solidified that I will never put my foot in their door again.

Had a great experience buying a newer Forester last November. Went in knowing what we wanted but got personalized, friendly and interested customer service from Daniel. Would definitely return.
I took a long time at home deciding who to purchase from with few dealership s in the area. I walked into Centaur and Bernard approached me. We sat for 15 minutes and arranged a test drive a few days later. Bernard did have an easy sale, I knew what I wanted. But, he shared much more information and showed his knowledge of the product. He also assisted in the purchase and helped to keep to my budget. Both Jon & Rob in financing were fantastic. The sale pitches presented but not persisted. My second new car purchase and the service & warranty given is above & beyond that of my first purchase.

Had a great experience with Manpreet and Rob at Centaur Subaru. We went to test drive the XV Crosstrek with Manpreet. Our first meeting took about an hour and half. Like many negotiations, it was a bit intense, but that's to be expected. We did take two days to go through our numbers and we were informed that it was a good deal and that we should buy it, and that's coming from a competitor! And so we did! Manpreet took the time to go through all the features of the car and hooked up my iPhone via bluetooth the night we picked up our car. Both Manpreet and Rob are very friendly people who are easy to talk with and are ready to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend going to Manpreet as he may be able to get you a good deal on a vehicle.
This is the only site that allows me to communicate with Centaur on ongoing important problems between us. Sorry to air dirty laundry publicly.

Car started misfiring at 17,000 KMS and went back to clear the check engine light and other lights. This went on over a long period of time and the car ran very poorly. I was told the car was fine and to just keep driving it. Well after 2 years and many let's try this. The car has been there 3 months and now
The engine has been removed and I am still waiting to get the car back. Sad customer service with lip service and excuses about heads and parts which I find very disappointing. Working in customer support it makes me think Subaru just do not care.

We test drove 4 separate but similar SUVs of different makes. We chose the Subaru Forester because it has great visibility for the driver, the Turbo engine, and the size of the vehicle was perfect for our 2 car garage. Other features were the same amongst the vehicles. We chose Centaur Subaru because we were impressed with our salesman. Bernard has extensive knowledge and answered all questions thoroughly. We were very impressed with our dealings with Centaur.
I expected lots of high pressure sales tactics in buying my first new vehicle but instead I had a wonderful experience with Tyler Tailby and Rob Elhorn. Both were friendly, very knowledgeable and quickly responded to my questions. I love my new Forester and am glad I bought it here!

I had the most pleasant service at Centaur Subaru. After trying to deal with Calgary subaru, ( which was a nightmare) buying a subaru had left a bad taste in my mouth, but I really wanted my Forester, so I went to Centaur Subaru and we talked and dealt and finally came to an agreement. I have to say this guy Tyler really worked hard and answered all the questions my husband put to him. The whole place made buying a car easy, including the taking care of paying for the car. It was breeze and I feel like they are friends now instead of dealers. Thank you Centaur Subaru!
From the moment I walked in John really took care of me! He listened to what I was looking for and I ended up getting the car of my dreams :) Everyone was great at Centaur and John specifically was awesome! Thanks again!

Bought a 2014 Tsurugi Edition STi from Centaur and it was a great experience. They made sure I was happy every step of the way and really made the process an easy one. Tyler is very knowledgeable and was ready to answer any questions I had.
Would definitely recommend going through them if you're looking to purchase a Subaru, they treat you great and make sure you're happy.

Me and my wife are very happy with the good purchase experience we had at Centaur Subaru while purchasing a new 2014 Forester. Kudos to our sales representative Tyler Tailby. He is very knowledgebale with the brand, acts professionally, is patient and doesn't resort to high pressure aggresive sales tactics (like "I have a deal for you right now, but if you walk away or need time to think, the deal is off", pretty much our previous experience with other salesmen).
Also Tyler followed up supporting us after the sale was completed to rectify a couple of minor estaetical problems.

I highly recommend Centaur Subaru in Calgary - this is my second Subaru from Centaur and the overall experience was the way it should be - easy, quick and overall great. Thanks to Reagan Yablonski, Nathen Holland-Jones, and Paul Williams - keep doing what you're doing, it's what differentiates you from other dealers.
We didn't have a lot of time to buy a car - John Leacock made the process informative and straightforward. He had great knowledge of the Forester and did not pressure us to buy more than we needed.

I was 2012 Impreza(ed) in early June after 7 months of test drives here, other dealerships and other brands. Subaru and Centaur were both the right choice. Richard was helpful and friendly. Thanks for the STI test drive (maybe next time). When it came to price the deal was quick, easy, done. When it came to a small barely noticeable scratch on the grill surround it was simply replaced no questions or comments. There were many other pleasent surprizes with the car. Great buying experience that I enjoyed.

Just bought our 2012 WRX STI Sports-Tech (amazing and fun car) never owned a Subaru and this was our first time at Centaur Subaru. My experience could not have been better, we were treated excellent and the Sales Rep’s knowledge was impeccable. It’s a smaller dealership almost like a family type feeling, so friendly and it seemed like they actually enjoy what they do. Thanks to Ty and Rob for the great service and assisting us with our sweet ride. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful experience but these guys made the experience very enjoyable the process was flawless. Very impressed!
The staff is amazing at Centaur Subaru. There was no pressure to buy nor was there any upselling. They provide you with the necessary information and let you make your decision. I talked to both dealerships and I definately recommend Centaur, they treat you far better than Subaru Calgary and showed me a hassle free way to buying a new vehicle.
