I must say this dealership lacks customer service in their new car sales. They are nice to you only if they want your business. Once they got your business, every concern afterwards is handled poorly. If I have to rate this company, I would give it a negative rating. Even Mercedes-benz gives better service. You think you spent so much money on a car,that the service is way better. NOT!!!!If you have a concern, it would take them weeks to return your call. Either they never answer your call and put you through to the answering machine, you leave a message, and never get called back. If you do get a hold of them, they pretend they never got the message. Never buy from them, go to Edmonton BMW.
