Was quoted a price for a very, very simple move, two states over. Paid half over the phone with Monica. Movers came and informed me that because of the cubic feet I was going to go over and would probably be about an extra $1,000+. Price was quoted on belonging, very small, and never ever discussed cubic feet. Movers only moved half of belongings because I refused to pay more. Still haven't received my belongings. Can't wait to find out what happens there. Called Monica to complain and clarify. She was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Great customer service. That Karma thing is sure to go her way.
Please do not use this fly by night company, they are liars and thieves.
P.S. I couldn't submit this without putting a star rating. They deserve no stars, less than stars. Shame on them!
