The RX350 F Sport is a strong contender in our car search. The Lexus Consultant Oliver Lo has been very diligent in responding to all our needs and queries. Oliver's patience and good natured character has made our experience a very pleasant one. We highly recommend Don Valley North Lexus and in particular Oliver Lo to all those contemplating a luxury vehicle. Cheers! Steve

If you get Tony, just leave. I'm a friendly person, but he is a crook. I will be making a complaint about him with head office. He's a liar and a cheat. Why does Lexus employ people like him? Lying is in his blood, he lied right to my face, does he not know I can fact check with this thing called a smartphone in my pocket? He told me a car wasn't in an accident, a $30 report shows it was. He told me there were no issues with a car, turns out it has engine knock. Did he not know? No, he knew. But he doesn't care about you, just your wallet. What actually perplexed me was that he told me a base color was more expensive than others and that I should pay more for it, a simple check online showed that was complete BS. I don't want to say this is how Lexus is, but take it from me, just leave. Other Lexus dealerships treat you like a prize. This guy? He'll step all over you. Tony, your actions are criminal.
Lexus, shame on you.

I needed a replacement vehicle, my old car had reached it's useful life. I initially went to Don Valley North Lexus because of their extensive selection of pre-owned vehicle. They had a first-rate selection of the exact model and colour SUV that I was looking for. On my lunch hour, I looked at 4 vehicles on the lot, included one that had just arrived. I was also able to purchase the exact vehicle that I wanted, during the same lunch hour, that had low mileage and within my budget. The service at Don Valley North Lexus was excellent, the sales staff was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I am very happy with the whole experience.

I purchased my new vehicle recently from Don Valley Lexus and was assisted by Aaron Noel. Their service is very good. The first thing I would say about this dealer is their used car inventory is fantastic and most of the cars I checked out were in good condition inside and outside. Their price is also competitive. The staff over there are friendly and very welcoming.
My sales rep. Aaron was a very patient and enthusiastic person. He took notes of all the requests I asked for the servicing of the car and that's what I liked most about him. He served me diligently.
I would strongly recommend to visit this dealer while you are planning to buy a car, even if you are not planning to buy a Lexus.

A few weeks ago, we purchased our first Lexus car (switching from Audi) and I just wanted to provide my feedback about this dealership services and outstanding assistance provided by the salesman consultant, fininacial adviser and the rest of the staff.

Chakilan - thank your for your honesty and dedication while selling the car last week. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype :). Your ENERGY, dedication, professionalism and technical expertise, helped to quickly decide the type of car we wanted.
Thank you so much for answering all of our questions honestly, and making that five-hour process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. We are happy with the car purchased and looking forward to enjoy the car performances and benefits.

Soheil – your high level expertise, CALM APPROACH and guidance through the deal closing, made us very confident that we choose the right car, the proper car upgrades and mostly the right dealership.

Working with both of you was awesome!!!

I purchased a per-owned vehicle from DV North Lexus and had an amazing experience every step of the way. Oliver Lo and Ian Fernandes were extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. I was able to purchase the vehicle and have it ready in less than two days!! I will definitely be returning as a long term customer.

This is my third Lexus. I have always thought of Lexus as a 5 star dealership. However my last visit was extremely disappointing and did not measure up to any of my previous visits.

I was told that my car would be ready in 1 1/2 - 2 hours . After 2 1/4 hours I had to go and ask about my car. It must have been ready as the keys were behind the desk. There was then at least a 6-8 minute delay while the paper work was done. When I went to pay, the receptionist had to go to another area to get change. This service was covered under an extended warranty and I felt it was a complete 'money grab' to charge me $15 to check the rear drive shaft nuts. Surely this should have been included in the service.

On prior occasions I have always thought that the breakfast made the waiting worthwhile. The emphasis is now on Asian dishes. I ordered an omelette and it was filled with processed cheese and was unpalatable.

When I finally got to my car the seat was as far back as it would go. The valet had asked for my seating position, why bother if they are not going to follow through.

The mileage for the next service was rounded down to the nearest 1000 km. On all previous service visits the next service mileage had been added to the existing mileage.

6 months ago bought my second vehicle from this dealership, to close the deal I was offered 2 year free maintenance and an extended warranty, or so I was led to believe by the sales person.
So imagine my surprise when I received a significant bill for the maintenance service.
After much back and forth I was advised that I agreed only to the extended warranty and that they never offer both options.
News to me.
When this lease is up I will not be returning to this dealership and their dishonest sales practices.
As consumers we have lots of choice and only by voting with our dollars will they realize they should not treat customers like this

I bought my is250 off of Ken from Northern Ontario. This was a long distance transaction but it went very smoothly with Ken being available at all times. He was helpful, cooperative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy / trade in a vehicle.
