Not sure how is their work. But it is not a honest place to do business with. As a restaurant owner, we give this place a free pizza to try. Next day they ordered a regular order from us by using our half off coupon for the first time delivery. The coupon designed to let first time customer to try our food. For each address and phone number it's only valid once. We let them use it. The following day they ordered again and trying to use that coupon again. After we explained that coupon only valid for the first time, we still let them use it. And we mentioned for the future reference, they cannot use it for this address, if they like to use it they can use it at home for the first time. They did not say anything at that moment. Three hours after they use a cell number phoned us to place an order and give us their neighbour's address. Of course with the half off coupon. Me as the owner personally went this delivery. After I just parked my car on the street, a guy came out from their building came to my car and told me they order for their neighbour. I told them sorry I have to give the pizza to person from the address on our bill, not a random guy on the street. That guy went back to the building, after 2 mins a young guy came from their back yard came to me and said he is the neighbour. I then gave the pizza to that guy. After I gave the pizza to the young guy, guess what did I see? That young guy went all the way to the back and crossed their fence went in their back door. Then I went back to their office want to tell this thing to their boss. A older woman came out very ruled said she is the boss. And question me is this the way I do business - question the customer? Hahaha, what a joke, a liar question the guy who gave them a free pizza to try and let them use the coupon twice how do we treat our customer.
Long story short, my point is if a business' boss for 20 bucks discount she can be a liar and send different guys to complete the lie, think about how does she treat her customer, her workers.
