After starting his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney, Martin King was appointed Bucks County's Chief Public Defender, defending criminal cases and managing the other office attorneys, staff, and budget. He then entered private practice as a principal, continuing his career as a trial and appeals lawyer in all Pennsylvania state and federal courts.
