Daydreams Relaxation Centre

I have come here twice and had service from 2 different girls and was disappointed both times. The pictures on their website (at least of the two women I had service from) were not accurate. So before writing this review, I called in to leave a complaint so that this could be handled behind the scenes. I wasn't rude, I was simply stating to their "manager" that I felt the photos on the website were "inaccurate" and that I was disappointed because of it. I got a snarky response back "well you didn't have to come here" and, although that is true, I have already spent time to drive out to their location so I figure I might as well get the service done while I'm here instead of completely wasting my time. I told them "I probably won't be returning in the future" to which they told me "good." and I hung up. 2 minutes later I got another call from what I assume was the same manager, yelling at me for being "rude" and having the "audacity" to complain. As if it isn't my right as a paying customer to let them know that I was disappointed. I tried to have a dialogue to explain that I wasn't coming from a place of animosity and that I am simply expressing my customer experience, to which I just received more yelling and screaming from this so called "manager" so I just hung up again while she was going at it. Rumor has it she is still screaming into the phone. Anyway, I will not be returning here, the girls are nice but they do not look anything like their photos suggest which is kinda the main reason you would visit a place like this... But beyond that the customer service is handled by (at least in my experience) an immature brat who takes offence to legitimate customer complaints.

Wow... I seen this little lady name CHLOE, was a fantastic time I will definitely be going back see her again. Thx again CHLOE.. Rob :)
