The McMaster

Lived in building 35 (The McMaster) for a year during studies. Management was prompt and helpful when needed! Common areas of the building were thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. Didn't encounter any bugs in our unit (lived on the top floor). However, I know the unit below us experienced a bit of an issue with pests. Though, I wouldn't doubt management's ability and effectiveness in addressing the matter had they been advised. I would recommend moving here due to management's genuine care and effort for the residents and building. With that being said, I would also caution and push for transparency regarding pests and pest control prior to moving in, as I would any other building in Toronto.
