Zenetec

My Zenetec experience was a true nightmare! First estimate, $3,000. Second (without my knowledge) $4,500! My vehicle had only slight damage, and they elevated the estimated repair costs to result in a total write off of my vehicle. Then said for me to retrieve my belongings ASAP, as they had no parking space, and that a salvage company would be picking up my vehicle! They said my vehicle was in pieces (RT fender removed and all of the lights). I insisted that they return it to the state it was in when I drove into their facility. I picked up my vehicle to find that the condition it was now in, was much worse than when I left it with them (dirty and salt stained rear seats, and now the passenger door grinds against the fender)! Let the buyer beware! An experience I never want to repeat!

After having my car inundated with swirl marks at a competitors detailing shop, I decided to take my car to Zenetec for a high speed polish... The staff at Zenetec were amazing and they did a wonderful job on my car - eliminating the swirl marks caused by another detailing shop. Thanks again for an amazing experience Zenetec and I will recommend your services to everyone I know looking for auto body work and/or detailing work!
