From Classical Impressionism to Modern Impressionism this is a must see gallery. It is rare to find an artist with an original style and technique that is bold, exciting and beautiful all at the same time; I found all of these qualities in Richard Riverin's work. It was such a pleasure to meet Richard, watch his process and be able to talk with him about his art. He is very straightforward about his life and his relationship with art and it reflects in his painting. His work is filled with impressions of places you feel as if you are experiencing as if in the artist's mind, through movement and colors. I also had the opportunity to be introduced to the work of Jaugey, a French Classical Impressionist, who is brilliant in his own right.
