Watched the special on CBS marketplace and am honestly surprised that they have not been shutdown or audited for fraud/extortion.

I would advise that you find another repair shop to deal with.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. My car was towed to this lot. The owner was aggressive and would not give my car back. He told my insurance one story, and then told me another. Please choose any other shop than this one. I hope you read this review before you get suckered like I did.

This company works with dodgy tow truck companies to rip off accident victims. Do not deal with this company.
