DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. Charged me $350 to come by and tell us that the piano is "unfixable." Says he ONLY did a VISUAL inspection but shortly after told me, "The piano had so many noises and problems that there was no way I could improve the way it played." How could he claim this if he ONLY did a VISUAL inspection?? I am a professional pianist and I played the piano two days before he came to tune it, and I was the last person to touch it before he came. The piano was out of tune, but there were NO clicks or unwanted noises when you pressed the keys down like there was the afternoon after he came by. He made the piano sound so much worse AND STILL CHARGED US $350 FOR HIS VISIT! Naturally, I called him to ask him if he could either refund us the money he charged or come by and undo the damage he did, and he hung up on me.
