I had someone who hit and run with my vehicle when it was parked. I went to this place as it was my insurances preferred garage being Wawanesa. It was near June 20th 2020. I brought it in and being summer I said I’m obviously really upset this happened, but how long would it to take to get in as I have a garbage I’ve went to for around 10 years or so and they said they’d have my car back in less then 2 weeks and I have a newer Dodge Charger SRT. He said, him being Todd that I’d have it back within a week. I said ok if you can that fast then ok I’ll tell my guy since it’s the perfect part of summer. As he was overlooking my car. I told him my concerns and he basically said yes yes yes. I never noticed, rather I did notice before I seen this accident that happened to my car that no lights were on? I told Todd my backup sensors are now on to and that my steering looked out of alignment and I’m hearing weird noises. He said no problem he’d take a look. I had the car there on a Friday and he said again one week. I called him and he was always busy or outside every time I called. I then finally hear from him on the Friday and apparently they took apart my car, but didn’t get anything done. (Suppose to be done that Friday) Another week goes by and he says so yes no way could your backup sensors be affected from this and nothing could have happened to the steering and we can’t hear any noises? I’m thinking immediately oh no this guy seems shady! Just great!!! I then say ok can you fix it? He says yes maybe we’ll splice the wires together as we found them kinked up or crushed at the back??? I think how’s that possible everything was fine? Then he says oh ya this must have happened to your car before this accident and this and that and I have a body kit that’s glued on so they can’t move it, but he’ll try painting it and it should be ok??? Then says we’ll fix the backup sensor splicing wires together or you have to pay us $150 cash to get a new wiring harness? and if I want proper paint I’ll have to pay around $500 cash for the piece of body kit as it’s glued on??? Like excuse me? Another week goes by and no car back, another week goes by and no car back? Todd said I’d have it back within a week and it took over a month!!!!!!! I then get my car back and they are here meet us here for your car. Tell me to come at the end of a day and then I need to get there quick before they close as it’s s Friday? I say ok I have to leave work I get there and the car is behind some fencing I say ok ty I’m glad I finally have it back. The lady says oh no no I’ll get your car wait right here on drivers side of car? I basically say umm ok, I then have to go back to work so take a quick look at front of the car etc as they’ve had it over a month all should be done? So I leave crank my music and have my car for 4 days or so and I have someone walking by on my street admiring my car. I said ya the whole front end was replaced and painted the fenders, hood, bumper etc? The guy says oh no and you already have the passenger side bumper marked up? I think wtf is this guy talking about??? Sure enough I look down and bottom side of passenger side bumper is scraped up like someone dragged it along a garbage door, fence, curb etc? But I back in at home and work and no fences, curbs, garage doors, or anything like that around? I call to talk to Todd 3 times and guess what? he’s outside every time and supposed to call me back and doesn’t. BACKUP SENSOR LIGHT STILL ON AND NOT WORKING??? SCRATCHED FRONT PASSENGER SIDE BUMPER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NEW AND PAINTED AND HEARING A CLICKING SOUND IN MY FRONT END, AND IF I BACKUP PAST 10kph I HEAR A CLUNKING!!!!!!! ?????? DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAT FROM THIS HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! PLACE, OHHH BTW MY REPAIR APPARENTLY WAS OVER $12,000!!! $13,000 in repairs And yet again my new bumper is scraped on passenger side (not to mention lady told me to stand over here by drivers side when I picked it up????) hearing a clicking in the front end of car, backing up past 10kph I’m hearing a clunking and my steering wheel is still on a slant??? AND!!! OF COURSE MY BACKUP SENSOR LIGHT IS STILL ON ??? STAY!!! AWAY!!! FROM!!! HERE!!!

After greg at roberts collision jerked me around for 9 months telling me he had my carbon fiber hood ordered he then read my review on this website and they dropped my insurance claim. IF YOU CANT GET THE PARTS DON'T WASTE MY TIME. You would be better taking your car to maaco or zenetec and that's not saying much.... STAY AWAY!!!! THIS SHOP IS A WASTE OF TIME!!

Took a vehicle there for a warranty claim.

Horrible communication and overcharged for parts. After the garage "fixed" my car I had to take it to another garage to have it done properly .

Wouldn't take any vehicle back there ever.

I drive a 95 honda prelude. I understand aftermarket parts can be difficult to find for these cars. My car was involved in a hit and run in which my carbon fiber hood and JDM headlight were destroyed. My estimate was done on June 24th 2014 and it is now August 7th 2014. Greg, the person dealing with my car has been on vacation twice making it impossible to talk to anybody about my car because he seems to be the only person who orders parts. I have tried to get an estimated time of arrival on my new hood/headlights and they just keep telling me "they have been ordered". I have a meet on the 27th of August and have expressed my dire need to have my vehicle fixed before then and they don't seem to care. After talking to who I believe is the owner Doug he told me, "we are having a hard time locating the hood but have the headlights". I replied, "I can pick a different style of carbon fiber hood if it will make it go faster". Willing to accept a loss because of preference of the hood and value because it was an Invader which was one of the most expensive. He replied "it's not the style that's the issue, it's the year of the car". After talking to this very ignorant person I decided to take action and look on the VIS racing website and located 8 different styles including the one I have for $300.00 less then what Roberts quoted me. After finding out that the hood could be expressed mailed and arrive in 3 days I could not wait to contact Roberts Collision. Since Greg is on holidays I spoke with Doug again and he said "We don't order parts from websites because they want cash and you don't get a receipt". The guy who I believe to be the owner wouldn't take 30 seconds out of his day to look at the $300.00 savings plus 3 day delivery to satisfy a customer. This is something I would expect from a bigger company like Zenetec, not a "Family owned and operated business". I WOULD NOT recommend going to Roberts Collision if you have a nicer vehicle or have after market parts. This has been the most painful experience I could have ever imagine for an insurance issue and the worst customer service I have ever seen. It seems like they just want to hang up on you because they don't have any answers to questions. I hope this helps somebody because there were no reviews to help me.

I would say there are only a few places I would take my car in to get repainted. They give you a lifetime warranty on their job. If the paint loses luster or peels you get it redone free. They won't try to rip you off if you tell them your not going through insurance.
